My essays are beautiful because they are a reflection of my hard work. This may sound haughty, but I did put a lot of effort and time into my essays. I am thoroughly invested in all that I set my mind to. The essays are a reflection of how far I’ve come as a writer and simply what I am like as a writer. I like to use imagery. I like to write lyrically. I had a hard time with the research essay because it seemed like just facts. I tend to let my mind direct my writing and soon a whole stream of thought is written down, and I can go back and be reminded of what made me think that way. My essays are also beautiful because writing is something I enjoy. For the most part, I enjoy and thrive in writing. It is fun to me. Because my essays show my hard work and joy in writing, they are beautiful.

My essays are beautiful because they bring my thoughts, beliefs, and passions to life. Essays are not simply about the subject, they are about the writer as well. People have favorite pieces of art, books, and songs. However, people also have favorite artists, authors, and musicians. In art, a person is not just fond of a certain piece just because of how it looks, but because the artist has a certain style that is depicted in each painting. Authors write with their own style as well. The books, or essays in this case, are all about different topics, but the personality of the author is prevalent in each book or essay. Music makes people feel a certain way, whether it is happy, sad, or a pensive mood. Musicians generally give off the same vibe in their songs. This is the exact reason I like writing. I love writing about things that drive me and give me life, things that I am passionate about, things that I want to impress upon others. My writing is beautiful because it goes deeper than the words on the page.

My essays are beautiful because they are a written reflection of all my thoughts and beliefs transcripted onto a document with much thought and planning. Essays, like other forms of art, vary depending on the author or composer. The variety of essays and the different styles make essays beautiful as well. If a topic and all the information necessary for composing an essay were provided to two different composers, the final product of the two would be completely different and unique in their own way. Beautiful! Each essay has it's own personality and mood depending on how the composer puts the work together. Like music, essays portray a certain vibe or demeanor. Although the aura in the essay may not be as evident as that of music, it is just as if not more present than in a song. The detail inserted into an essay requires extensive thought or research. Once again, my essays are beautiful because they illustrate my feelings in a more concrete way than anything else could.

My essays are beautiful because they are uniquely mine. Writing is an art form that allows a person to expressively portray what they are thinking or feeling. There is something so amazing and pure about collecting your own thoughts and displaying them on a page for others to experience. I feel that my essays are beautiful because they contain characteristics and stories that come directly from my mind. Sure, some essays require outside sources for research purposes, but still, the essay writer must be the one to orchestrate the flow and feel of a paper. Multiple aspects of my work when writing essays reflect me as a person and how I think. I most certainly find beauty in how bits and pieces of thoughts and/or information can come together so smoothly to create a broad piece of art. Overall, the fact that every essay comes from the same mind, but can provoke completely unique and different emotions makes an essay beautiful.

Emotion is something that speaks to the human soul. Everyone can remember a time when they were driven by emotions. As humans, we are wired to connect and seek out emotion. I feel that my writing is beautiful because it can evoke emotion. There is a giant spectrum of emotions ranging from both extremes and writing has the raw ability to make us feel these extremes. Writing, in my opinion, has the most impact when it can strike a chord within one's soul and create an emotional experience. We remember strong emotions and we associate the emotions with experiences. If I can make people feel emotions with my writing, I know I have made a lasting impact. That is my goal of writing and I believe that that is why writing is so beautiful. It can make us feel and it can impact us in impossible ways. Writing is so uniquely beautiful because it creates passion, fear, sorrow, joy, and even anger. Writing is powerful in the sense that it has the ability to create such raw and genuine emotions that can be felt in every fiber of one's being. Beauty in its purest form can be hard to come by, but I think emotion invoking writing is the definition of true beauty.

My essays are beautiful because they show and tell my own personality and the certain characteristics I have. Writing allows you to express your own thoughts and beliefs. It also allows you to tell a story in your own words and how you see things through your own eyes. Writing is another way of art and allows you to show your own creativity. I think my essays are beautiful because they show who I am as a person. If you read my essays, it shows that I write about things I am passionate or know a lot about. When you write something you know so much about your writing becomes so much more beautiful. With writing comes passion and so many emotions. Everyone has different emotions and you see everyone's through their own writing. The most beautiful thing about writing is that everyone gets to show who they are as a person and everyone else really gets to see their passion and the beauty around them.

Be it an essay for school on the process of mitosis or a free verse poem written on the weekend when there is nothing else to do, I believe writing is an art form. Composing takes skill and attention to detail. When the proper amount of passion and thought is put into it, without a doubt, writing is beautiful. My writing specifically is beautiful because I add in literary devices that can capture a reader's attention and evoke emotions from them and help them in understand and agree with my argument when writing essays. I often try a variety of different sentence structures, these allow for an easy read and comprehension of my writing because the words flow together, connecting and drawing people into the story. Having resources to back up information will add not only validity to writing but also beauty. Sometimes other authors put together a group of words which was formulated better than you ever could have done; using another author's exact words, can show what you wanted to say in a more graceful manner. Although time consuming, using a combination of all of my skills adds intrigue in my work. My essays are beautiful because I put in the time and effort to make them beautiful.

My essays are all beautiful. They reflect what I think and know. My passion is shown through them distinctly. My personality shows and lets the readers know how I am as a person. I try to have creativity in all my writings, although sometimes I struggle. I work really hard on my essays and make them be the best possible. I like to write about things I know about. It makes me feel like I have a handle on what I am writing about. It makes me feel comfortable about what I write about, making no mistakes. Emotions are spread out in my essays that I write. That is how I make them beautiful. The word beautiful can mean many things. Everyone's essays are beautiful, no matter what they are about. I learn new things every week and try to incorporate them into my essays. Essays are a work of art. If you do not put enough time and effort into your essay it might lack beautifulness.

In general, essays are beautiful because it shows how different everyone can write, and how different everyone thinks. Writing is an art, though I am not a fan of it I understand what makes an essay beautiful. My essays are very unique and beautiful because you never know when it is going to take a sudden turn in events. My mind does not work quite like others so the essays I construct became very vivid at times and may not even make sense because the average human brain cannot comprehend my strange imagination. The essays that are most beautiful of mine I feel like are the ones that you can story tell. Storytelling comes extremely easy to me. I hate how boring people are. Boring people may not like my essays because they provide too much information that is not necessary. For example, if I were to write about something random such as a hillbilly that owns a pitchfork shop, I would write about background information for the hillbilly way to much in ways that will make you think. These are just a few reason why my essays are beautiful and honestly why they come so easily to me.

My essays are beautiful because they reflect what I am interested in and the creativity that I have. They show my passion for writing about topics that I find truly interesting and enjoy talking about. Writing is one of the truest forms of art and articulation of what is in one's mind. My essays also portray all of my hard work and time that has been put into each every essay. The one great thing about writing is that there is no "right" way to write an essay. Each and every person has a different way of writing which makes each essay beautiful in their own way. If you take a look at some of my essays, you will see that I write about topics that I am passionate about and that I take keen interests in. Hopefully, you can see my passion for the topic I choose to write about.

My essays are beautiful because they are a reflection of my dedication, passion, and hard work. Composing essays takes practice, skill, and time. Although essays are time consuming, the feeling of finishing an essay is very satisfactory. Knowing you completed something that made you a better and smarter student is the best reward. I enjoy writing because my essays are my own thoughts put onto pages, and they are beautiful because through them I am able to express my feelings, which is something that is not always easy to do otherwise. Another thing that makes essays beautiful is the fact that every essay is different. Everyone takes on their own writing style, all which are correct, and all which are beautiful. When someone is able to form their thoughts into sentences and paragraphs and get an idea across, they are learning, and I cannot think of a better outcome from writing. Truly, writing essays will help you discover yourself and all you are capable of. Not to mention, when you write an essay, you can make a reader feel strong emotion, such as anger, happiness, and frustration. The fact that you are able to convey feelings through words is fascinating. Words are more than just words, and when you write, you grow as a student, and as a person, which is both a wonderful and beautiful thing.

My essays are beautiful in many ways. The first way they are beautiful is that they are the product of an educated high school student. I don’t know if you could call a 5th grader’s essay beautiful (maybe if they were a genius). In my case, I have been in many English courses that have taught and molded me and my writing into what it is today. The second way they are beautiful is that they are wonderfully unique. No essay is going to be the same from person to person. Even if it is on the same topic, there will always be different language, and prose between two writers. That is what makes my essays beautiful is that I wrote them in my style of language and writing. The third way they are beautiful is that they are a culmination of hard work and grit. All of my essays have been well thought out and analyzed, which puts them above a regular senior’s essay not in Composition.

My essays are beautiful because it reflects my knowledge and creativity. Each essay is very different and shows how creative I can be. I like that I can express numerous feelings because of the different topics we get to write about. I think that writing is a form of art. Writing takes patience and commitment. Many may think that writing takes skill, but anyone can write. I believe anyone can write because everyone thinks differently and it is great to see what others feel through their writing. There is no right or wrong way to write because everyone writes in their own unique way. Although I find writing very difficult, I like the challenge it brings to me. I think writing helps bring out my creativity which makes every one of my essays beautiful in their own way. I like that not all writing is this same. I get to use different sentence structures which helps add greatness to my essays. Hopefully, everyone can see the beauty and passion in my essays.

My essays are beautiful because of the thought that is required to compose them. Another beautiful quality of my essays is that I am creating something that has never before existed, which is quite the power to hold. To compose an essay is another quality that is very admirable because it takes thought, planning, and dedication. In order to create a beautiful essay, you must be committed to making it beautiful, because if you are not, the essay will not turn out as beautiful as we are capable of. Creativity is another big part of beautiful essays. If the essay sounds like you are only writing it because you have to, your essay will not be beautiful. Everyone has a unique writing style, which is another beautiful quality of my essays. Creating unique sentence and vocabulary variety aids in making your writing unique. These are the qualities that make my essays beautiful, and I am proud of the progress I have made toward making my essays more beautiful this semester.

My essays are beautiful because they are creations of my imagination, and because they are unique to me just like I am unique to the world. All the time and effort I put into carefully and purposely wording my essays add beauty and character to them in the same way that taking every detail into account while sculpting a sculpture turns it into a masterpiece. You will never find someone else who writes essays quite like me because they are not me, and they instead create beautiful essays of their own writing variety. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so any work of art that has passion and purpose behind it is beautiful at the very least to the one who created it. My essays are also beautiful because my writing is no longer just empty words on a page, like when I was in elementary school, but is instead an art project with emotions and motives hiding beneath the sentences like the sketch marks underneath a painting.

At the risk of sounding like my head is the size of the sun, not only do my essays have many aspects that instill a sense of beauty and wonderment but rather all essays have beauty. Just pondering on how the human race has come so far as to be able to throw our thoughts and memories onto a piece of paper giving them a physical entity and allowing others to experience them is quite amazing to me! There is so much that has been accomplished by writing in general, such as the Declaration of Independence or the Harry Potter series, while one created a country and the other started a fantasy world. The organizational patterns and structures that have been developed and amended over time help paint entertaining images in our heads, expanding our imaginations in order to create beauty. Whenever one can put many thoughts and facts together in a fashion that is deemed interesting and engaging, they have constructed an elegant miracle.

My essays are beautiful because they are mine. Composing is art. And art is beautiful because it allows you to express yourself in a variety of ways. Although there may be requirements when composing an essay, I still have the freedom to express myself how I wish to. I can express ideas, opinions, anything at all. It shows how I am as a person and it allows for unique writing from equally unique people. I feel accomplished when I write and finish essays because it shows how far I have come with my writing abilities. They’re also beautiful because I put so much of my time and hard work into them. It is an accomplishing feeling to be able to write and express yourself in such a way. It’s beautiful because a whole class of people could write something on the same topic, but in the end, they’re all different and I love that. Writing is just beautiful because you’re not limited to what you want to do and how you want to express yourself.

So far in my high school career, I have been proud of the essays I have written and the grades I have gotten. People tend to trash their own essays which will only make them less confident and in turn, make them care less about their essay. Being confident in what you write is a very important component when wanting to create an essay you are proud of. In my essays, I like to introduce my topic with a detailed fantasy that deals with my topic. I think that introducing my topic like this is a good way to grab the reader's attention and keep them entertained. I also believe that keeping the readers interested is very important when wanting to make something you are proud of. If you are interested in the topic, then your writing will be exciting and your readers will be more interested in the topic because of how well it is written.

When I look back at all the essays I have written over the last couple months, I am able to see the progression of my writing creativity which is evident by the flow of my essays as the class went on. This in itself is beautiful because of the creativity and thoughtfulness that has to be put into each and every essay. This requires lots of work and devotion to consistently write and explore all the facets of the mind to convey the inner thoughts of my mind into physical words. The beauty exists in the fact that every piece of work is different and special in it's own way. The variations of the essays can range from the types of the essays on down to the smallest apostrophe and comma. It all makes each essay it's own and allows for a different reading experience for each reader. Essays are kind of like people. Every person is different; likewise, every essay can differentiate itself from the millions of others in the world. Variation is beauty and being different is the standout characteristic for my essays.

My essays are beautiful because they are my thoughts and ideas, which are unique to me. I enjoy reading other student's essays as well because it is interesting to see their ideas and how it can be completely different from mine. I believe that I have gotten better at writing from taking this class, which is a beautiful thing to see. Looking back at all of my essays, I think my most recent is far better than my first, or even my letters. I never thought I could write a 9-page essay before taking this class, but this class has made is a realistic goal. Writing is an important skill to have, especially if you are heading to college. Each of the essays we have written is different and shows their own creativity. There is not a wrong way of writing because writing is unique to the writer. Your feelings are shown through your writing and that is what makes essays so beautiful.

All essays are beautiful. They are a type of art, just like a painting or a drawing. Composing an essay that shows who you are can be a hard challenge. When you finally complete your essay and you sit back and read it, a great feeling of accomplishment is brought to you. That finished essay is beautiful because it describes something you are passionate about and how you feel about that topic. Looking back on my very first essays to now, I have come a long way. In my essays, I use different literary devices that I have learned throughout the year. The literary devices make my essays more interesting to read and give them character. If you are good with your words and writing comes easy, your personality is able to be seen while reading your essays. When you are able to identify the logos, ethos, and pathos in essays, you can tell someone put their heart and soul into it.

I like to believe that my essays are beautiful in many different ways. When I write an essay, I let my emotions flow into what I am typing. This is most present in my narration essay. When I was writing my narration essay, I was able to spill my emotions from that specific event onto the page. My unique emotions from that event can help the reader feel and visualize who I am. I think that understanding someone else's emotions is something very beautiful, and anyone can show their emotions through their essays. Another reason why I believe my essays are is that they are all unique to me. When writing my essay, I know that my ideas and word phrasing are all unique to me and my thoughts. The difference in everyone's thoughts and word flow is what makes writing great and beautiful. I hope that everyone can appreciate the beauty in their essays.

My essays are beautiful because they are a reflection of the efforts of my partner and I to create a solid document expressing the required theme. They show a full understanding of the material required, as well as a satisfactory ability to convey thoughts and expressions. Research or other sources gathered provide a full knowledge of the topic, and aid in the creation of a unique and sound essay. Organization and arrangement are optimized for efficiency and ease of reading, and this makes it easy for the reader to understand the essay. My personal essays reflect my tastes and my writing style, showing what I care about in the topics I choose. This allows me to write essays of a higher quality because I care about what I'm writing on. This draws out my passions and imbues them into my writing. The combination of these things shows my essays to be beautiful.

My essays are beautiful because I contribute my ideas and beliefs into my paper that makes it uniquely mine. I work hard on my essays by outlining my ideas and researching my topic before I get started. Without my outline my essays would be a jumbled mess. With all of this time I put into my essays by writing out my paragraphs to proofreading the final product, I want to make sure that I am proud of the final outcome. All of my essays are about something I believe in because without believing in my topic I would lose interest very quickly and decide it is not worth finishing. My essays are uniquely mine because I show my personality through the words in my essay, whether I am talking about art or dogs. I love my essays because they portray what I love and what I am interested by the topics of discussion within.

I find an enormous beauty and excitement in being able to make things my own. Writing is like creating a sculpture from clay. You can shape your writing however you want. You can express your ideas, beliefs, and personality freely. It is an art form. Your writing is specific to you. It is yours. I also delight in the fact that writing has endless possibilities. No two people have the same writing. Even if two people wrote about the same topic, their writing would be different. A writing style is unique to each individual person. Everyone builds their thoughts differently. Everyone expresses their ideas in an extraordinary and distinct way. People’s writing style is like a seal or brand. It is distinct to each person. My essays are beautiful because they show my interests, beliefs, and personality in a detailed way. It is specifically mine. It is idiosyncrasy to me. It is my unique artwork.

Essays are beautiful because they allow us to express anything and everything we want. We write what we feel is important so others can read it too. There are so many factors that go into what makes essays beautiful. The emotion the writer feels can be poured out into words and others are able to experience it. We have the freedom to write what we want and enjoy. I like that I am able to express things that would be hard to express when actually talking. You are able to immerse yourself in your writing and constructing. I enjoy writing about things that I am passionate about, and essays have given me that opportunity. Essays are an underrated part of school. Each person is given an opportunity to share their thoughts about things like books or current world issues. I am learning how to edit and create sentences that flow well. I am learning more and more about grammar when writing essays. Essays are beautiful because they allow individuality and creativity.

My essays are beautiful because they reflect all the hard work and effort I put into them. The amount of time I spend working on them is major factor of how good my essay turns out. The more time I spend on my essays help me grow as a writer. As time goes on I continue to learn how to perfect my work and look for things to add or take out. Each essay I write has a different style to it based on what the prompt is. Writing in different styles can bring out a variety of ideas and thoughts. It has originality because it is coming from yourself. Writing allows you freedom. You can write just about anything and portray it however you feel it fits best. Writing is beautiful because it is another way to express yourself and be creative. It brings out some of our better traits because we do not have other people influencing you. It is just you, your thoughts, and some paper to record them on. Another reason why writing is so beautiful is that nobody usually judges your work. If anything, others will help you portray your ideas better and give tips; writers come together to help each other out.

My essays are beautiful by my standards and my standards only. Like art, writing is subjective to those who choose to peer into each creation. My essay is beautiful because it is a representation of my thoughts. Each essay shows a story of someone in their most vulnerable form. On the page lays someone's thoughts, emotions, take on the world just on a page for everyone to read. I find this beautiful that we can express ourselves when we are not even talking about ourselves, or even about something that is real at all. We can write works of fiction, crazy stories about wizards and dystopian worlds, and still if we look deep enough, can see the author's personality hidden in the characters and events. Each individual book is unique to the person who inspired the story and each different take you can get of the same account. In the end I find the beauty within each person to also be in the paper.

The word “essay” makes it seem so difficult and boring, but essays are truly beautiful. They are beautiful in the way each person uniquely composes. You can give a room of people the same topic with the same research or information, but none of them will come out the same because everyone has their own style of writing and experiences. This is what makes every essay that I write beautiful, as well as every essay that everyone else writes. They are also a great reflection of all the work that we put into them. I know that I strive to make my essays as perfect and descriptive as I can, which in turn makes them more beautiful. They may take copious amounts of time and creative thought, but I think essays and writing, in general, are useful ways of extracting what is inside our heads and sharing them. Even though they may just look like words on a page (or a lot of pages), in various ways essays are beautiful.

My essays and essays that anyone writes are beautiful, because of the expression that can be shown through words. Essays are astonishing because with other forms of expression, for example, painting, the receiver sees an image; but with essays, you have to communicate the message and image just through words. To be able to share a picture with your readers is a gift. My essays and others are beautiful because students have the confidence to share their unique thoughts, opinions, and knowledge with their readers and classmates. Enhancing essays with research and quotes further expresses the knowledge and maturity needed to not just complete an essay, but execute it with grace and style. Also, writing essays is beautiful because you can see personal growth. I had little confidence in my essays going into this class, and now my confidence in my writing has been increased exponentially. I think that is what makes essays and writing them beautiful.

My essay is beautiful because of the passion and effort that goes into them. Through writing, I am able to express my ideas and thoughts that otherwise would not be as easy to say with words. I was unsure of how well I would do in this class, I have always struggled with essay writing, but now that I have had experience, I see growth in me as a person and my writing skills. I never would have thought that writing an essay could be so interesting for me, but now I am able to find solid points and truly speak from my heart with composing an essay. The term essay sounds like school, like homework. I don't like to think of these as just another grade for a class, I like to think of these as a chance to show confidence and growth through my writing. I always write about things that mean something to me, something that interests me. Because of this, I try my best to create a beautiful piece of work that I am proud to present.

My essays are beautiful because they take my own thought and personal interests. We are all allowed to express anything we want when we write essays, and that's what makes it so interesting. I enjoy writing because I get a chance to show my creativity and express my own writing style. I also enjoy reading other student’s essays because theirs are different than mine and sometimes they give me ideas on how to compose my essays. Everyone’s essays are different and they are all unique and reflect everyone's own passion and hard work. Because of this hard work, I have seen growth and expansion in my knowledge and writing skills. I have never been interested in writing essays, but throughout this class, I have found it motivational. Essays are beautiful because they show everyone's individual artwork.

Essays are very beautiful in many different ways. Essays show personality, effort, and what people are thinking and feeling. I find that when I am reading other people's essays I can see their passion for the subject they are writing about by the way they use their emotions. I feel like it’s very beautiful and inspiring when you can see that they emptied everything they are thinking and feeling into what they are writing. They are also beautiful because you can tell when people are proud of what they have been working on and you can see the effort they put into it. Each of my essays are unique and different in their own ways. I wrote them all about a topic is important to me. Through essays I can express exactly what I am thinking about a subject and that in itself is beautiful. My essays show my hard work and the amounts of time I have spent perfecting them.

The word beautiful in itself can describe many things in different types and forms. I think that my essays are beautiful in the way that they are unique to me. Essays are like a snowflake in that no essay is alike. I find it beautiful that nobody else in the world would write words on a paper in the same sequence or theme as I would. Essays require passion, consideration, and organization. Every essay I write I organize and put together words that were once just in my head into a concrete thought on paper. Taking a figment of your imagination and threading it into an essay is something that has become commonplace and is something we take for granted in our everyday life. However, they are something truly independent in displaying human emotions, thoughts, passion, and creativity. Overall, I think my essays are beautiful because they tell a rare piece of my thoughts and feelings from within.

Essays may sometimes seem dull and boring, but they can actually be a unique and beautiful form of self-expression. Composing an essay is truly an art form in its own right. It takes so much time and attention to craft an essay that is beautiful. When composing my essays, I always try to put as much thought and preparation into my paper as possible. I arrange all my different thoughts, ideas, and points into cohesive sentences that are purposeful and deliberate. I even add my different opinions when it is necessary or called for. By doing all of this, you can see a piece of myself in every essay I write. Essays can also be beautiful when you look at them from learning perspective. Throughout my high school career, I have written countless essays and papers, but when you look closely, you can see the progression of my writing ability. You can see how I have grown as a student and how my writing has now become composing in every sense.

Our essays are made beautiful by their unique story each one tells. Every single person will construct their sentences a little differently from another, making every essay different from another, even if they cover the same topic. Essays also serve as a great view into what a person knows or how they think. Each word choice and idea serves as a reflection of thought from a person. The way that different minds will tackle a problem and write about it in different ways is the most beautiful aspect of essays. Being able to read an essay and figure out how a person thinks and processes information is a wonderful thing to behold. Each person is able to express their voice and personality through words. Extra little comments and manner of speech help show how a person talks in natural conversation. I get to learn about new ways to express my thoughts and beliefs when I read an essay. Ultimately, they serve as a way to learn more about writing, thinking, and communicating as they are written and read.

My essays are beautiful because I dedicate my time to creating the best work I can. Storytelling has been a part of my life for years, and I love creating visuals that everyone can relate to. Being able to convey messages through writing is something many authors try and achieve, and with great patience, one can achieve that. Everything we write in essays pushes us to become dedicated to our topics and our work and shows how far we've come. We expand our knowledge the more we write, pushing us toward more and more intellectuality. Being dedicated to the topic shows your interest and passion into what you're writing about.

Every essay is unique because it is done by a different person who has different ideas. Everyone's brain can think of different ideas and decide differently for what they want to put in their essay. Essays are beautiful because it shows everyone's story and what they think about the topic. Other people can relate to someone's essay but they might not fully agree with it in every aspect. When we read other essays then we can learn more about the person who wrote it and what they think on the topic. Essays can make everyone think hard about what they want to say and it creates big ideas. There is never an essay that is the same exact thing as someone else's. That is what creates it to be very unique and individual. All of these things are what makes essays very beautiful and unique. Every essay is a different combination of ideas from one particular person.

I believe essays are a reflection of hard work. It shows the work and effort a student puts into a piece of work. Essays give us students a chance to express our thoughts and ideas, but it also helps us show what we learned about grammatical items, vocabulary words, and future testing. Essays are path we must take to advance our knowledge over grammatical topics. Essays show everything we learn. It is important to learn these things because most of us will be writing college papers next year and need to have the intellectual talents we are learning in this class. The stronger we are in writing essays the more prepared we are going to be for our future. By learning these skills we will learn how to be better students in college.

Looking at the essays I have written, I would not honestly consider them to be beautiful. I might have loved a sentence or a metaphor, but overall, they do not qualify as beautiful in my opinion. Returning to previous works, essays or drawings or paintings, flaws show more clearly, as though some protective layer (novelty, pride?) eroded with time, exposing a weak skeleton of brittle bones and faulty joints. Could the growth a timeline of my essays displays be beautiful? I’m not sure, but the more I write, the better I write. The communication feels more natural, voice is stronger, more personal, purpose and logic more clear. Before writing, I see the endings more clearly, and I pay more attention to what articulates where, which parts are useless and which parts are missing. The more I read, the better I write. Reading exposes me to writing better than mine, material I can learn from. It reveals what types of language affect me most. But my writing isn’t quite there yet. Beautiful essays remain elusive to me, as though I’m not quite fast enough a typist to pin down the ideas holding the potential to strike a soul, ideas that reverberate through time. Whenever I write, I try again for that ideal. I ask: Have I achieved something with the words written here?

All of the essays I have composed are beautiful. They are all my own writing that has taken both patience and commitment. They reflect of my thoughts, feelings, beliefs. Composing essays is a way for me to express my feelings in a nonverbal way. Starting this semester I was not really confident in my writing abilities, but looking back now I have come a long way. I am more confident in writing an essay and making it look pristine. I have learned new literary devices that have helped me improve my essays along the way. These beautiful devices are something I will take with me to my further education to improve the rest of the things I am going to do. When you finally complete a task you have been working on for such great time, it is amazing the feeling you receive when you are finally done. You are proud of the piece of writing that is front of you. It is a beautifully composed essay to appeal your classmates.

Essays are beautiful because they are the product of the student's hardwork, determination, and knowledge. They also allow a student to express themselves in a way that in any other circumstance might not be the same. My essays are beautiful because I write about topics that I agree with or value. While reading a person's writing you can usually tell how they feel about the topic they are writing about and what a person writes about shows their interests and values. For example I love making new people and becoming friends with them, therefore I wrote one of my essays on the different kinds of friends you can have throughout life. Another example would be that I like to watch the show One Tree Hill so I wrote an essay comparing two of the main characters. Both of these two essays give you a peek into my life and interests. Writing essays is a beautiful way to show who you are as a person.

My essays are beautiful because of the thought, organization, and creativity that goes into it. I usually come up with a concept and try to write it to the best of my ability. My unique kind of writing shows who I am as a person and who I want to become in the future. When reading my essays, you can clearly see the thought and creativity that goes into my essays. I try to organize my essay by writing an outline before I start to write my essay. This makes it easier to write an essay about topics that aren’t well known or topics that need a lot of research. Painting, drawing, and photography are all kinds of art forms, but you never think of an essay as art. Essays need to be composed and written clearly to be able to get your point across. In order for your point to get across, you have to organize and follow your outline exactly.

Any style of writing is beautiful for the reason that writing shares ideas, thoughts, and individuality. My essays are beautiful because they represent who I am and what interests I have. Beautiful is something that is pleasing to the senses and mind. Essays are pleasing to my interest such as sports, literature, opinions, and ideas. When composing an essay I choose a topic that I believe in and think strongly about. Detail and effort put into my essays are my own creating a unique essay that is different from everyone else. Writing is an expression of individuality and lets someone's creativity, opinions, and ideas on a specific topic. An insight into somebody else's opinion through an essay can give the reader something to think about and create their own opinion on the topic. Every essay is different, just like every person is different. There will never be the same essay because each essay is unique and beautiful in its own way.

The essays that I have written are beautiful because they show who I am as a person. From reading the essays I write, a person could understand my opinions on certain topics. They could understand the things that are important to me. When putting so much time and effort into an essay, the essay sometimes becomes a description of the writer. No one essay will ever be the same. Two people could be given the same essay topic and the essays they write will be very different. Their opinions are different, their vocabulary is different, the things that are important to them is different. That is why essays are beautiful; they are unique. There are many ways people can express themselves like art, poetry, dance, and more. Essays are another way for someone to express himself. Also, there are a million things that someone could write an essay about. There are different essay topics and different ways to write an essay. The sky is the limit when it comes to essays.

My essays are beautiful because they represent my ideas. Formed from a simple question—why?, How? When?—the essays I compose are able to express, illustrate, defend, and support. As I compose, I am able to display my own ideas and create on my own accord. I illustrate my thoughts and explain topics that I am passionate about and interested in. I can use my writing as a tool to defend ideas, persuade others, and support my arguments. Being able to write well grants power to the writer. Being able to change how others think through writing is something I strive to achieve and continue to work towards as I improve my writing. My essays are beautiful because they change and are never done. Each person to read them will leave with different ideas and thoughts from what they read. As times change, so do the interpretations of my essays. Never done, they can always be added to, refined, and made even better.

All of my essays I have ever wrote are beautiful because they come from the heart. Even the essays I wrote in elementary school where my paragraphs were four sentences long, not punctuated correctly, and mostly likely ever other word spelt incorrectly. The fact that I tried and put my hardest makes them beautiful. This is kinda like when you see someone do something that they love and they are having fun with it it makes them beautiful. They make look better with time because now I can make full sentences, add adjectives, and know how to manipulate what I am actually saying. I also really like to add spunky words into my essays; I think this element makes them more entertaining for the reader and makes them stand out compared to other composers of essays. Adjectives are the way to the heart. These components make my essays absolutely beautiful.

My essays are beautiful because they are a reflection of my hard work. They reflect the time and effort that I have put into them. They also show the growth, essay to essay, that I am making in my writing. I have been gradually showing improvement in my essays, by incorporating devices I have never used before in them. Composing is an art, and to be good at an art, it takes practice. Another reason my essays are beautiful is they are unique, in the fact that there is no other essays that are like mine. My essays show my own thoughts and beliefs that I have and reflect certain characteristics that I have. They are a reflection of my creativity as well. They are an outlet for me to put my own unique thoughts on paper. Overall my essays are beautiful because they show my hard work, my growth, they are uniquely mine, and lastly they are an outlet to express my creativity.

It is fun to see the continual improve the over my essays. When writing and essay it is like working on a piece of music or art, it starts out choppy and boring then you make it get better day by day. By the end you have a beautiful and unique work. The essays get som of the uniqueness through the thoughts I have while writing. I often times find that what I thought would be covered in my papers in not. What I start with is not the main topic by the end.

Our essays are beautiful because we wrote them. We put our heart and soul into the compositions we have. We devoted hours upon hours of time to put together these wonderful amalgamations of thought. The journey we force ourselves to go on in order to create these pieces is challenging but rewarding. Witnessing the final product of our toils is an incredible feeling, and there aren't many things in the world that give you the same triumphant sensation. These essays are more than just words on a screen, they are physical representations of our opinions, arranged artfully using the technology our race has developed. These are wondrous masterpieces that have yet to see the light of appreciation. I think the beauty of our essays is an irrefutable factor of reality. Others may not see these essays as beautiful as we do, but beauty is a subjective variable. No matter how terrible our essays may actually be, someone in the world will see its hidden beauty.

I FINALLY DID THIS ON TIME. WOOOOOO!!!

My essays are beautiful because it is a combination of thoughts and ideas brought together to be one whole unit. An idea that would normally be nothing can be turned into a masterpiece by simply writing it down. My essays are a form of evaluation to see if I have learned anything throughout my years of Language Arts classes. They showcase the grammar that I apply and the creativity that I hold back. My essays are beautiful because it is a representation of something that I have accomplished and an appreciation of a form that most do not appreciate.

Personally, I believe that any form of expression that allows a person to convey their thoughts and feelings is beautiful. Essays are one of these forms. Depending on the topic of the essay, writing not only provides people with an opportunity to display what they have learned and researched, but also their beliefs and stories. I believe that my essays are beautiful because I get the chance to write down my thoughts and share them with other people. Writing an essay is different than just speaking because you get the opportunity to actually form and complete your thoughts. Contrastingly, in speaking, something may get lost in translation as people interpret things differently. But in essays, I get time to research and thoroughly back up my opinion and argument. Writing allows me to convey my thoughts and opinions to others in a factual and interesting way, rather than just speaking at them. The expression of someone’s personal thoughts is a beautiful thing and should not be taken for granted.

So far I have written three essays, multiple scholarship essays, and letters to people we look up to. Each and every one of these essays have been beautiful. The letters were especially special to me because I looked up to them. I wrote a letter to a former team mate and I realized how much she meant to me. It was utterly beautiful because it came straight from the heart. My three other essays were also beautiful in their own ways. I have never minded writing essays; I think they are so much fun. I love writing deeply. It feels so good to write an essay that you thought deeply about and did your best on. Those were also beautiful by the fact of I was using different literary devices to make them better. I was apply information that I have learned which is pretty beautiful. Rather than throwing away information after I used it I was able to apply it. My scholarship essays were probably the most beautiful in my eyes. Those essays are helping prepare me for my future.

Essays are beautiful because they allow us as students, and people, to put thoughts into written word. My essays are a way for me to show not only demonstrate my intelligence and the things that I have learned but my hard work and passion that I have for certain topics. For me writing not only essays, but also poetry and other forms of written word have been a great stress reliever, and for myself that is something that I value greatly. For many individuals, composition can be a way to relieve stress and find inner peace, sadly the frequency of daily composition is decreasing. Composition is something that rarely gets done on a daily basis as daily journals and diaries have become less prominent, but they are still glorious despite the absence of written word. Essays and other written works can also be incredibly beautiful simply because someone sat down and began composing. Composition is a beautiful thing that should continue to be cherished.

My essays are beautiful because they are my own thoughts and opinions which makes them uniquely different from everyone else’s. Essays are a way to express yourself and what you believe through writing. Although there are requirements to all of our essays, everyone always ends up with a different final product because we all think in different ways. These differences in our writing are what makes each essay unique. After completing my essays I feel proud because I end up with something that represents my own thoughts. I put a lot of work and time into my essays to make sure that when I have completed them I am fully content with what I have written. Being confident in what you write is important because it will help you to improve in your future essays and make them even more beautiful. These differences in our writing and the hard work that we put into them is what makes them unique and beautiful.

My essays are beautiful because they display my growth as a writer. Even a year ago if you would have told me that I had to write a five-page essay every two weeks I would have been scared and might have that you were a little crazy. However, throughout this year I have learned that it is just a thoughtfully composed piece of writing that shows your opinions and personal writing style. It has become much easier and somewhat enjoyable to write these essays and I am glad I have learned to think in a different way. It is amazing how I can incorporate very detailed writing techniques now without even knowing I am doing it at times. Being able to see the progress of writing an essay is probably the most gratifying thing. Seeing my writing go from an outline to a couple paragraphs to an essay is so crazy to me.

My essays are beautiful because they are a reflection of my thoughts, expressions, and feelings. When I write I find it boring and trite to use the same phrases, words, or punctuation all the time. In many of my essays you will find questions for the reader, a variety of vocabulary, and occasionally, a made up word. I think these qualities make my essays more relatable and enjoyable for my readers. Because my essays are a reflection of my thoughts, expressions, and feelings, they are also a reflection of my person and character. I would like people to see me as caring, compassionate, and hardworking. I want to show people that you can care about a topic but not come across as being stubborn. Similarly, you can be opinionated about something but still be compassionate towards those who do not agree with you. I work hard to make my essays as good as they can be, and then beat that standard with the next essay! My goal is to demonstrate these traits in my writing while still being lighthearted and conversational in my essays.

My essays are beautiful because they are a reflection of how my mind thinks and processes information in order to portray stories, experiences, thoughts, or opinions in a clear way. Each and every sentence structure and word choice is carefully chosen and strategized in hopes that the essay will sound intelligent and interesting. Another reason why my essays and so many others are beautiful would be because we have the opportunity to choose topics that interest us and ones that we are passionate about. When passion and heart is put into an essay, it elevates the composition to another level and offers a different reading experience than an essay that was written halfheartedly due to poor topic choice. Personally, my goal in composing a written piece is to compel the reader into putting themselves in my shoes and to the feel the passion and the emotion that went into the story and to connect with the reader just by the placement of words. Like personalities, many people have different styles of writing that they enjoy the most and it is spectacular to have the opportunity to decipher an individual's writing personality and to become intrigued by what interests them the most. In any stage of writing, the composer should push themselves to put the upmost amount of heart into their composition in order to give the reader a glance through the looking glass at their inner imagination and thought process.

I believe that being diverse is beautiful and is what makes everyone's writing interesting. I think that what makes essays so beautiful is you get to freely express your thoughts and ideas through telling a story that is different from any other. I like that essays provide a way to express what I am thinking and feeling through various techniques and devices. I enjoy this aspect of my essays because it lets me show my creativity and try new ways to express ideas.

I believe my essays are beautiful because of all the hard work and time I use to do them. I spend time crafting the perfect essay by hand-picking certain words to create visuals in my reader’s heads. Essays help us express our thoughts and feelings just like any other piece of art. I also think essays are beautiful because each one is different from the next. You could give a thousand people the same essay topic and not one essay would be the exact same as the next. They all have unique qualities that the author includes. Everyone’s brain thinks about a topic and approaches their explanation process a little bit differently. Each essay being unique makes them all beautiful in their own weird way. Each essay also can spark thoughts, feelings, and ideas in the readers. It can inspire them or it can make them think about their way of life. Essays have the power to do so much in our world which makes them very unique and beautiful, each in their own way.

My essays are beautiful because of the time and effort I put into them. I do not personally like writing essays especially when there are guidelines that I have to follow and have to keep my essay within certain boundaries. However, my thought process is that if I’m going to be spending hours on an essay I might as well and make it as best as I can. What is the point of spending hours on an essay only to put in minimal effort and have the end outcome be terrible and not fluent. If you are already going to put in hours of work why not take just that extra hour or two to make it better and more college level. The effort it takes to compose a blank sheet of paper into a well-written essay is tremendous. If you truly want to write a good essay at no point can you whimsically write but rather you always have to be thinking how a certain paragraph or even a certain sentence will fit into the overall scheme of your essay.

My essays are a reflection of hard work and creativity, which is what makes them beautiful. They are able to resemble what I am like as a writer. My essays continue to improve and that alone is beautiful. All essays vary depending on the composer. Each will have their own tone and personality. Everyone puts their own twist on things; all essays are unique. It is amazing how we are able to collect our thoughts and present them on a document for others to read. The detail that is within these essays requires much thought and/or research. They all give off a different vibe depending on how the writer puts all the information together. How beautiful. Essays allow us to express our emotions, whether we realize it or not. Writing is beautiful because there is so much room for creations of different, genuine emotions. My essays depict who I am as a person, they resemble my own personality and creativity. My writings are unique from everybody else’s and that is beautiful.

I think everybody has beautiful writing because they are different from one another. My personality is shown through them. Although all essays are different they all are beautiful in their own ways. Watching anything grow, develop, progress, and blossom into something more than was ever dreamed possible is beautiful—and my essays are no exception. Hard work, dedication, and creativity have been put into every essay I have composed this past semester. What I find most beautiful about my essays is the progress that I make after each increment of time I spend composing first the rough draft and then the final draft. Each essay starts off similarly. I stress about all there is to be done to create the best product I possibly can. The basic ideas, thoughts, and components of the essay are composed first, and then from there the real progress, and subsequently beautiful part, begins. From creating the perfect combination of words and phrases to most clearly express my thoughts and feelings, to thinking of a clever, intriguing title, the extra time and efforts I put into each of my essays is what makes them beautiful.

Essays are beautiful in the same way that any other art form can be beautiful. Composing essays is just as much as a fine art as cooking, music, painting, and sculpting. A person who is truly great in telling stories or composing long works can be just as influential in society as Michelangelo or Beethoven. The way someone can turn words on a page into a beautiful flowing, emotional essay is immensely astonishing to see how they can use a certain word structure to form a work of art. I try to insert this into my writing. This year, I have not had any essays that will compel readers to tears, but I do try to make the essay create an emotional connection with the reader and the essay. Ethos, logos, and pathos are crucial to creating this connection. You need to have logical, emotional, and rational reasons to bring the reader in and keep them entertained.

Creating a beautiful essay is essential in educating yourself. I believe that my essays have lots of characteristics that make them as pristine as possible. It is very important to add many literary devices to enhance your essay. In my essays, I include many literary devices while not overusing them. Many of these include gerunds, block quotes, and precise verbs. All of this helps make my essays more beautiful. Another huge factor in creating my beautiful essays is putting in the hard work. My essays would be ugly if I did not put in the work needed. The effort you put into your essay reflects in the grade that you receive from it. I like to look at the subject I am writing about multiple times to see through every side. Including my personality and creativity is also very important in bettering my essays. I do not remain stagnant and rant on boring subjects but instead, exploit positive things that are fun to read about.

Although essays are generally resented for what they are and the amount of work they require, essays can be beautiful, creative, and impactful. My essays are beautiful not because of any outstanding writing skills I possess, but because they are unique to me, and are a reflection of my research, determination, opinions, and knowledge. It is no wonder why many scholarships require essays to be written. Essays can show who a person is: their intellect and their personality. My essays may not win any awards for best writing, but I know that I can feel accomplished about what I have written, and how much I have learned throughout the process of research and writing. Writing has never been one of my favorite things to do, but I have learned that the process is not so much putting words down on a paper. It is selecting words and how they will work with each other to form sentences, which complement other sentences, which provokes thought and ideas, my ideas. Writing is artistic and in my own way, beautiful.

When many people think of essays they think of having to do a lot of research and dreading the amount of work that goes along with it. Mrs. Sturgeon made me take this class and honestly I was expecting to hate every minute of it. Luckily I was quite pleasantly surprised. Essays are beautiful if you make them. If you immerse yourself into your writing it comes very easily to convey your thoughts and knowledge into words on your paper. I never really liked writing until I took this class. In this class I found realized just how fun writing can be if you actually go for it. The writing is not the only fun part about it. Going back though your essay and making changes and adding little bits and pieces to liven it up is also very enjoyable. Once all of the steps of creating your beautiful essay are complete you get to look back upon your creation and give yourself a little pat on the back for all of your hard work.

Writing is art and instead of paint with shapes and strokes, there are words that fit and look so nice on paper, words that tell a story. It shows how a person grows throughout time. I try to make every part of every essay that I write as beautiful as possible. Essays can all be beautiful in many different ways. Some could argue that having correct grammar could be considered beautiful. Writing is an art, just like painting and music, and can be described as beautiful in the same numerous ways as these. Music could be loved for its rhythm and meter, but this could also be said for an essay. Having long intelligent words not only look good but also prove to the audience that you know exactly what you are talking about, and that you have some background knowledge. My essays are beautiful because I can look back at them after I have completed them and say "I did that." I try to explain this in vivid details and use different forms of writing in my essays. Varying my sentence structures and using different grammatical methods.

I try to make each piece my own and express the kind of person I am with each word, sentence, paragraph, and essay. I am one of kind person, just like everyone else. Essays are beautiful. Art in the finest form. The blind can listen to them said, the deaf can relate to the notes on the page. Something that most people in America have become accustom to taking advantage of this kind form. Mr. C always refers to the class as composers and our essays as pieces and our works. Essays show someone's knowledge and passions. They can share a story or show you their smarts. Goals, achievements, and growth can be shared. When I right an essay, I try to accomplish obtaining emotion, passion, and facts into my essays. Another powerful aspect to essays is the what one gets from them. Reading other people's essays gives me just as much as I receive while I write my own. Also, beauty is a perspective asset. Different essays apply to alternative viewers. Essays' purposes are to evoke emotion from the reader, what that is comes from the author and the viewer.

I work on making my essays the closest to perfection that I am capable in making them and I find that to be the most beautiful thing of it all. I also want my essays to have my voice. I try to add personal experiences and creativity I have learned throughout my years of writing and living. I believe I have OCD because when I am writing, my essay has to be perfect in my standards, or else I will not be happy with it. The beauty essays bring are truly remarkable and is the main reason I love to create what I create. With out the passion and creativity, the beauty would not be there, so the reason why essays are beautiful is because of the writer. My classmates and I are able to create beauty through essays.

My essays are beautiful because they are creations of my mind that represent me. Every essay that I have written has a different style to it because of the prompt. I definitely have a favorite subject, and my essays on that topic, history, are uniquely me. In those works, I spout endless amounts of information that is related to the current world. That is best shown by an essay that I just wrote on the foreign policy of America in World War II. I had to relate the words of Franklin Roosevelt into modern day events. That is what makes that essay beautiful. I took a lot of time to craft the essay to near perfection because I enjoyed the topic. The type of essay also determines a lot on the style. My essays are unique whether they are comparison essays or research essays. I am able to mold my essay to each prompt. Another thing that influences my essays heavily is the amount of time that I spend on my essays. In my Roosevelt essay, I spent a crazy amount of time on it, and it turned out to be one of the best essays that I had ever written. Time allows me to mold my essays into the beautiful works of art that they can be.

Anyone's essay is really beautiful because it is a reflection or how they feel or thinks about things and it is usually unique in their own different ways, and being different is a good thing. So really everyone's essay is beautiful and creative in their own very different ways. My essays are also beautiful because they show all of my hard work and the things I have learned through the years. My essays are beautiful because they represent my knowledge and ability to tell a story. I put forth effort in creating an exciting story that captivates the readers. In my essays, I am able to express myself through my feelings. A masterpiece can be made by simply putting your thoughts down on a page. Furthermore, I believe my essays are beautiful because I can go in whatever direction I want and, somehow, the story still ends up coming back to the main point. In a way, writing essays can relieve stress and allow me to vent my thoughts and emotions on paper which is amazing. I learn so much about myself through my essays because I realize how diverse my vocabulary and story-telling abilities are. Lastly, my essays are beautiful because they represent all the hard work I have gone through each and every year. The essays are a combination of things I have learned throughout the years in English class, and they are finally coming together in one single essay. Every single essay I have written so far has been beautiful whether I like it or not.

The essays that I compose in this classroom are beautiful in many ways. One way in which these essays are so beautiful is the use of all the different literary devices used. Logos, Pathos, and Esos are all used in almost every essay. Using these devices helps bring the beauty out of the paper and to the reader because it allows the reader to feel. The reader can feel the emotions of the writer and how he feels while he wrote the paper. Also, all the descriptive words and phrases used in harmony with each other to draw the reader into the writing. The words and phrases used not only add descriptive beauty to what is being written on the paper but also adds much more beauty to the minds of the reader. Beauty is found also in the different ways that each person composes their essay. Everyone does their tasks a bit differently allowing separation between papers. This is where the beauty of the essays is found.

My essays are beautiful because they give my professor my detail into my life. I have no said much in this class except for my term tuesday and the occasional answer of a question, but my essays really show who I am. Most people know that I am in the drum line but not a lot of people know that I played the Alto Saxophone before. Hence my compare and contrast essays. My essays are also beautiful because of their perfection. A total of fourteen days are spent writing a five page paper that means time, effort, and neatness. You cannot just put some random thoughts on a doc and call it good. You must take your time to compose, make sure everything makes sense, and overall it must be neat and organized. All of these are included in each and every essay of mine in order to make it beautiful. Finally, my essays are beautiful because they represent all the hard work I have gone through each and every year. The essays are a combination of things I have learned throughout my years in English class, and they are finally coming together in one single essay and those essays are beautiful.

The reason essays are beautiful is that they are the embodiment of a person’s voice. Essays are a person’s inner voice. It is the truest version of what a person thinks, feels and acts in their daily lives. Despite the fact that essays are bogged down by fancy language, you can always tell whether the writer is passionate about what they are talking about or when they are just blowing smoke. Essays are beautiful in the sense that they can be about anything. Topics range from the everyday common household pet to the current political climate that plagues Washington D.C. right now. They do not have to agree with everyone either. They can be your views and your words and you do not have to worry about whether they agree with everyone. I love the fact that essays exist and that we have the ability to write. It creates new worlds to explore and new ideas worth thinking about.

My essays are beautiful because I put all of myself into each essay. I learn to advance my writing and add any kind of writing that becomes new to me. I challenge myself in essays which allows my writing to grow and to be better than just getting the requirements done. My essays reflect me and by putting all of my efforts and thoughts in them they become beautiful and grow as much as I do during school. While in school I learn new things and this can be reflected in my essays by adding my daily experiences into them. Even research essays require a personal touch so they can be beautiful and have a sensitive touch that many can relate to even if they have no interest in the topic I am writing. I believe adding personal touches in any essay opens the mind of the readers to not only the topic but a part of the author that has written it so they can feel as if they are told these things by an actual human being.

My essays are beautiful because they are a reflection of hard work. I do my absolute best to pour myself into every essay I complete. Not only are my essays words compiled into sentences, they are outlines and hours of thought coming into completion. They are an art, that I used all of my talents to create. Also, my essays show the progression of my skills. My essays are evidence of how far I have come as a writer and give hope for growth into the future. They are also a reflection of my thoughts. They are beautiful because they are a medium that allows me to share a little bit of myself with other people. When someone reads one of my essays, it is like we are having a conversation in which I am blessed enough to receive the gift of their attention. A reader can learn about my opinions, about my personality through my writing style, and about what is important to me. Overall, my essays are beautiful because they represent my work, growth, and me as a unique individual.

One may ask, how are essays truly beautiful? There are many answers with personal examples to end this question with much experience and hard work put forth for such work as a starting point for the discussion. From my own perspective what makes an essay beautiful mostly comes down to the uniqueness of word choice and emotion used to create the tone and setting of what the essay is trying to convey. One writing an essay just to get a good grade or do it for the sake of a class without having any personal thoughts or feelings put into the essay really takes away what makes up an essay in the first place. Because if you truly break down the difference between an essay and the menu at Mcdonald’s one can say that one is truly a work of art that was intricately designed (essay) while the other (menu) was designed for the sake of the simple purpose of just being a list with a bunch of words that stand for only what they say.

Beauty in essays is an especially hard quality to quantify. This is because essays are words on a paper, and beauty typically is presented to your eyes as something that is visually pleasing. The way that I like to make my essays beautiful is by creating the same kind of feeling in a person as they read them because while most essays are not visually pleasing, with the right wording and the right impact, essays can make a person feel like they are looking at something beautiful. This, to me, is the opposite of adding flowery verbiage to essays in order to make them sound more and more sophisticated. I think that the amount of words you put into something has little to no effect on the emotional impact that it holds. To me, the best kind of essay is a short and meaningful one. I intend to convey this through my writing, by making my words hold weight both in implication and emotion.

When we think of "beauty" we automatically think of an image. We think of a pretty picture, nature, an attractive person, etc. Basically, we think "beauty" is some admirable that we physically see with our eyes. An essay does not exactly look beautiful. They all generally look the same, just pages of words. We do not glance at an essay and say "wow, this a beautiful essay!". From a distance we do not see the beauty of an essay, the beauty comes from actually reading it. What makes an essay beautiful is the images it puts into your brain, the pictures it paints for you. What is even more amazing about the images it puts into your brain, is that no two people imagine the same thing. Everyone gets a different image because it combines the thoughts and experiences of both the author and the reader. What else makes essays beautiful is because of the thoughts it gives people. Reading an essay really makes a person think and contemplate their thoughts on the subject, debating whether they agree or disagree, or if it makes them change their mind.

Beauty is a very subjective term. I think that beauty in an essay might look like a fluid mass of words that links itself together effectively. The beauty I think in an essay lies within the composition of sentences. If a person can compose sentences beautifully, as in using some of the Term Tuesday terms that we talked about, then they will have constructed a beautiful sentence. I think that beauty in an essay could be determined in how the essay is as a collective. If an essay causes the reader to feel emotion or passionate about a certain subject then I believe that an essay can be considered beautiful.

I think that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and although a cliche still very true. My essays may be beautiful to some and very ugly to others. From reading some of my classmate's essays I notice though we all were taught by the same few teachers we all have very different styles of writing. Personally, beauty shines through an essay that is concise, straight to the point, and playfully sarcastic because it makes me laugh and holds my attention and gets the job done. Other people may like all of the fluffy filler stuff because it bridges the gaps between your points while I would rather read a bulleted list than anything like that. So I do believe my essays are beautiful because I write how I like to read. Their beauty shines through their purposeful words and straightforward execution. My hope is that anyone who comes across my essays finds learns something and it's a bonus if they find the beauty in how I say what I mean and I don't beat around the bush.
