I would say that the biggest problem with trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is to make it interesting to the people reading. If you are describing something that exists and why that phenomenon is happening, people will not care if you do not put it into words that people can understand. You can describe something to your hearts content but if you if you can not make it interesting to the audience that you are describing to then the entire argument is completely mute. I would say that the good part of explaining is that it is something that you know and you care about but without that attention getter then it just doesn’t matter. Take my topic, why movie theater attendance has been declining. This is a topic that affects me every week because I go to the theater and am always upset that there are less and less people there every time I go. This upsets me and I want to convey why but I can not do this if everyone tunes out. Explaining is something that should be taken seriously and not just a quick grade.

The hardest part about explaining why something exists is when we do not even fully understand it ourselves. How can I convey information to someone else clearly when I do not completely grasp the concept. The job becomes much harder and maybe a little frustrating. Another hard aspect is if the writer understands, but just cannot convey his or her knowledge to the reader. I have played piano for thirteen years. Because I started young and struggled through the hard concepts when I was young, I understand piano/music well now. I am teaching my friend piano and sometimes I do not understand when she does not understand. I find it easy to read music and play—I find myself wondering what is confusing her, but I forget that is because I have had a long history with the subject. The best part about explaining why something happens is the revelation that can occur. Something can click in one’s mind and they understand it. Besides that, knowledge is power. Knowledge is enjoyable to have—not always enjoyable to obtain, but always worth it in the end. Knowledge is also power; the more one knows, the better. Why be ignorant when one can fill his or her mind with knowledge? It may be about something that certain person does not necessarily need to know, but it is still better than not knowing.

One of the best parts of trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is that it challenges you. Trying to explain why a phenomenon exists requires you to dig deep and unearth the truth about a phenomenon. You have to do that in order to explain why something happens or something doesn’t happen. One other good part of trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is that you are defining that phenomenon. There might be other interpretations of why the phenomenon exists, which means that they could be different, or they could be the same, and that would incite resolution and compromise, which is for the better. The worst or hardest part of trying to explain why something happens is that it is usually hard to understand. If it wasn’t hard, you wouldn’t be trying to analyze and understand it, you would already just know it. If you don’t understand ALL of the information, you really can’t make a claim, because you are missing information.

Writing about a phenomenon is easy if it is something you are interested in. If I have to go read others essays I might find myself bored because everyone has different interests. While I am writing my essay I want it to be interesting to all not just me. It find it difficult to write sometimes because I do not know all the facts about certain topics. It requires lots of researching. Also, it may be difficult to write about something that has very many different views on it. I might be talking about something totally different than someone else would of talked about in their essay over the same topic. If you choose a hard topic to write about it begins to be harder. Also, if you pick a phenomenon that is a very broad topic there are lots of things to talk about, which might be a good option. I think this essay is super cool because it teaches me something different about something I have a huge interest in. I think the great things about this essay is the stuff you get to learn about not only your own but your peers around you.

I believe that the worst reason on explaining why a phenomenon exists is having to back up your explanation with actual fact. It is simple to say “because that is just the way it is” or “it has always been that way,” but it is difficult to come up with reasons to solidify your argument. The worst reason, though, can quickly become the best. Looking up reasons and answers for a phenomenon can give more insight and understanding on the particular subject of research. Once discovered, the reason or cause of a phenomenon can open one’s eyes to the possibilities of many other phenomenons that exist. The curiosity can be sparked, and the desire to gain knowledge is able to grow noticeably. Phenomenons exist all around us, many of the causes unknown. All that is required is the desire to know. The best reason of explaining why a phenomenon exists is finding the answer.

The best part about trying to explain a phenomenon is getting to explore why something happens and being able to look deep into something and maybe answer a question you or someone else may have had. When you are interested in something you look forward to looking up what is the cause behind it and try to figure out how or why it came to be. It can be challenging to explain it to others because it is hard to not just simply say that is just how it is. The why behind most things is hard to get across to others because everyone has their own opinions on things. People also can choose whether or not they care about the subject. Someone who cares about the subject is more likely to pay attention and choose to understand what is being conveyed to them, while someone who could care less is less likely to retain anything or choose to believe what you are telling them.

The worst part about explaining a phenomenon is that you yourself might not fully understand all the reasons why it happens. It is hard to explain something to someone else when you don’t fully know either. It is especially harder when what you’re trying to explain is a hard concept to grasp. It’s easy to just say “Because it just is… it just happens.” But to analyze and examine something in depth takes a certain amount of intellect. Another thing that makes it challenging is there could be an abundant amount of reasons as to why something happens. Some of the reasons could be big and others could be insignificant. Someone else might have different views than you when it comes to what you’re explaining and that makes it even more challenging. But the challenge of it is one of the better things about trying to explain why something is the way that it is. In the end it can be rewarding. Figuring out why something happens and then being able to explain that effectively to someone else makes the challenge of it worthwhile.

Phenomenons are hard to explain because so often we just accept that something happens or exists. We don’t stop to look at or ask “why.” We don’t examine the why. Sometimes, asking why a phenomenon exists is uncomfortable. We don’t like to think deep, uncomfortable, unknown thoughts or possibilities. We don’t like looking at uncertain possibilities. Why a phenomenon exists can be difficult to put into words. Because it is an unknown topic or answer, comparing and explaining may be difficult. However, papers or essays on phenomenons are well read and, in many cases, sought after. Phenomenons are secretive and interesting. People want to know why, even though it may be uncomfortable. People want to be amazed and informed. Knowing the answers to phenomenons provides this amazement and information. Knowing the answers also gives a sense of security. The more we know, the more secure we feel. The more phenomenons we have the answers for, the safer we feel.

The worst part of explaining why a phenomenon exists trying to fully understand it yourself. It is called a phenomenon for a reason and is probably hard to explain the deeper meaning behind why it is the way it is. Most people do not think to dig a deeper and learn the psychological and sociological reasoning behind why a phenomenon is the way it is. More often than not, people answer these questions with a simple answer like because that is how it has always been. But, that does not really answer the question. Once you figure out the background and reasoning for a phenomenon it can be even more difficult to explain it to another person. The best part of explaining why a phenomenon exists is to have a better understanding of the world around you. It can be a unique knowledge that others don’t share but you would be able to enlighten them on.

Explaining why a phenomenon exists is such a difficult task because most of the time, nobody knows why it exists. You can come up with reasons or guesses why it exists, but you will not be able to explain it well if you do not fully understand it yourself. Most of the things that happen in our lives we never question, we just know they happen but do not know why. We often say "Because it just does" when asked why something occurs because it has happened that way our whole lives. We have accepted the way things are but when you are asked to explain why it happens, it may be hard to find facts to back up your reasoning. Although it may be difficult to do, finding out why a phenomenon exists makes the world around you more clear. It gives you a better understanding of the way things are in your life, and that is the best part about explaining why something occurs.

Exploring a topic that I have often wondered about is not the hard part of composing this essay. The hard aspect of composing this essay is gathering the right research that confirms my thoughts and ideas on the topic. I want to write an essay that is interesting, yet factual. To achieve this goal I will have to research and learn more about my topic. Another challenging aspect to explaining why a phenomenon exists is looking at the numerous possible causes. As I have been conducting research on this topic, I have learned that the existence and diffusion of fashion trends is influenced by a variety of different aspects, including sociological causes, physiological tendencies, and influence from the fashion industry itself. Organizing all of these possible causes into an order that flows and makes sense to the readers will be another challenge during the composition of this essay. However, not all of the process in composing this essay has been difficult. So far, the best part about better understanding the existence of fashion trends has come from the survey completed by my peers. Their answers have confirmed some of my thoughts on the topic and some of the information I have found from researching this topic. In any process there are challenging aspects and rewarding aspects. This essay is no exception.

Exploring why a phenomenon exists is a rigorous task because most of the time, no one know why that phenomenon actually exists. If you are asked why a certain one exists you may come up with different ideas on how it came about, but you will find it hard to explain it well when you do not understand it yourself. Many often say, "because it just does" when they are asked why they think a phenomenon exists. Sometimes people do not even know when a phenomenon occurs because they come accustomed to it throughout their life. Although, by doing some research you can hopefully figure out why one exists. When finding out the real reason a phenomenon exists, the world around you will become much more clear and you will have a better understanding. The best part about figuring out a phenomenon is you challenge yourself to research and learn new things.

When trying to find out why a phenomenon exists, challenges can arise. I think overall, it is a very difficult task to do. Things often become a norm of ours and we do not really question why it happens because it happens regularly in today's world. Most of the time, we do not know why a phenomenon exists because most people do not question and think about it too deeply. If people are asked why something exists, a popular response is just "because it does." There are so many things in todays world that you would never ask the question "why?" too. Because of many normal things in everyday life, the question why we do it never comes up. Like why do people brush their teeth or why do we have to go to school or why do people fall in love. All these things just happen and are regular in today's world. When finding out why a phenomenon exist, your imagination goes deeper and becomes broader so things are understood more clearly. With findng out why something exist, it opens up your eyes, no matter how challenging it may be.

The most difficult thing in explaining a phenomenon is going into depth and explaining it not only to someone else, but also to yourself. Not to mention, you are never really able to understand and know everything. In my opinion, one can never really completely understand an entire idea, no matter what it is. There is always another question, another situation, another perspective you can find. Because we are so used to saying arbitrary phrases when asked about phenomenons such as “because... it just does”, we have stopped questioning things. We may understand the idea of a phenomenon, but we cannot fully wrap our minds around the entire thing unless we are able to explain it, question it, and improve on it. Explaining a phenomenon will challenge you to really see what you know versus what you think you know. You may think you understand something, but you may barely have even scratched the surface. In my opinion, a phenomenon is like an iceberg. At first, you are able to see it in one perspective from far away: just the tip. When you get closer and are able to fully submerge yourself into it, you see it in an entire new light. You are able to see that there is so much more to that iceberg than what you originally thought. This mental picture of the iceberg helps demonstrate that phenomenons are often not what they seem. Just when you think you have one figured out, you suddenly notice hundreds of other things you never had before. This, although possibly a frustrating and negative thing of explaining phenomenons, can also wonderful, challenging, and educational. Never stop learning because phenomenons never stop teaching.

I believe the reason why we cannot explain a phenomenon well is because we lack the information to explain it. We don't have a strong understanding of why things exist and reasons why they exist. It also falls upon how we were raised. We may believe in a phenomenon that others don't believe in, and no matter how hard we may try to explain it, they won't understand it, and vice versa. It's hard to try and understand something complex because we don't use the proper brain power to use it. It may be out of our understanding both personally and technologically. It's hard to try and come up with an answer, because all we're taught to say is, "Because...it does!" We unintentionally get defensive and try to prove we are smart but in the end we know nothing of what a person asks us.

The most difficult part about trying explain a phenomenon is having to back it up with information and facts to actually explain why it exists. Explaining a phenomenon can be easy if you pick something you are interested in. As opposed to picking something boring and dull that you have no interest in can be more difficult. An obstacle that can come in writing is trying to pick through all the junk and just try to find the truth. Everybody has there own opinion and facts of why things exist. So it can be a challenge to find the solid, true facts of why something happens or exists. Anybody can say something exists or happens by simply answering with “because it just does”. We as Americans are so blindsided to all the things we can learn about our own everyday life but choose not to by just settling for the fact of “because that's the way it is”. We choose to just be content with that answer without doing any further research to actually learn it, we take the easy way and just settle for what we get. Not everybody does that but most people do.That is why I think this essay is interesting to write. It expands our learning into putting effort and research into a topic we are interested in, and learning of why it's exists or why it happens. You get to learn for yourself but also get so what your peers find.

I would say that the hardest part of trying to explain why a phenomena exists is finding cold hard facts to back up your statement of trying to explain the unexplainable to someone who is most likely a skeptic. If you just tell people your opinions about the phenomena without any pictures or real evidence, not many people are going to jump aboard the believer hype-train. Another thing that I think is the worst part of trying to explain a phenomena is not being able to answer all of the questions that the person you are trying to explain the phenomena to is asking you. If you can not answer all or at least most of the skeptics questions with certainty, the likelihood of the skeptic believing you goes down a lot. Taking time to research and obtain tangible facts is paramount to the success in explaining the unexplainable, especially to someone who already does not believe you.

I think the most challenging thing about this essay is the fact that we do not know why what we are writing about exists, hence why we are writing about it. Since we do not know, we have to put in the time to research the subject rather than having the advantage of already knowing and being able to write easily about it. It also, for me at least, takes a moment to even wrap my brain around the deeper meaning. Instead of just well it exists because it does, we find out it exists because of the way people think and act. It is something we don't really know about it so we have to first understand it before we can express what we have learned into words. I love that this essay is so interesting, makes us think, and we are learning about something while we practice and learn more on our writing skills.

I think one of the best parts of trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is that you have to think really deeply about the topic and possibly even do research to get other people's points of view. Only after you personally feel like you have a grip on the subject, can you explain it. It is very fun to share your knowledge with other people and encourage them to think more deeply about the topic as well. However, this essay is quite a challenge because many of us have topics where there is no quantifiable evidence. There must be a lot of research done on more abstract ideas like theories, and what we each believe to be true about our topic. For example, I am writing about why and how we dream.

I think one of the best parts of explaining why a phenomenon exists through an essay is that you will have plenty of readers interested in what you want to talk about. Most people, unless they are fine with the same old “Because it just does” explanation, are curious about these phenomenons and want to find out why these things happen just as much as you do. This makes it easier for you to keep your readers engaged in the essay, which allows you to spend less time focusing on keeping the essay interesting and more time focusing on how to best explain the causes of the phenomenon to the audience. Another valuable part of explaining the origin of a phenomenon is it forces you to research it, putting you on the right path to successfully identify the causes of it and increasing your knowledge about it as a whole. This comes with the challenge of explaining your newfound knowledge to the unknowing readers, but that is something that we all have to work on in every essay, not just this one.

I think one of the best parts of trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is the creativity and imagination you can put into your ideas. Since no one has been able to explain it yet, the possibilities for causes are endless. You can go as in depth or as superficial as you like because your phenomenon is still up for interpretation. Phenomenon that have been solved, aka, ordinary occurrences, can still be researched and edited, but are no longer open to the creative interpretations that phenomenons provide. Not everyone can solve a phenomenon, but anyone can speculate about its origins. On the flip side, phenomenons can also be incredibly tricky to explain without using the phrase “because it just does.” Oftentimes, the writer has an idea of what causes the phenomenon but they are afraid of putting their idea out to be judged. The thought of others judging your opinion to be wrong can be a difficult one to swallow, but how are we supposed to discover the real reason behind a phenomenon if no one pitches their idea?

I think one of the best parts about trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is that you are able to give your thoughts and reasons as they pertain to you. One cannot explain a phenomenon if they are not able to relate to the topic or have experience with it. By researching the topic you are writing about, you are able to learn ideas through evidence and theories by those who have wondered about the same topics as you have. This research may provide with evidence that you agree with or it may provide you with evidence that can spur a new perspective for you. Although it may be simple to find the best parts of this kind of essay, there are also a few downsides. one may be that not everyone is interested in the same topic so it could be difficult to find a way to incorporate interest. Another obstacle for this essay could be finding research if your topic is uncommon or not a regular topic fro discussion. However, as long as you are a determined writer, you will be able to write an essay about a topic that truly fascinates you.

Personally, I feel that one of the hardest parts of explaining a phenomenon is gathering information. Because I don’t know many answers to the questions I have about my phenomenon, research is required. While continuing to research for my causal essay, I am finding that amount of information is rather overwhelming. This being said, I think one of the hardest parts of writing this causal essay is going through and trying to sort through all of the information to see what would best fit my topic. When trying to explain the actual phenomenon with the information i’ve gathered, it is also quite tricky to find clear and understandable opinions. A multitude of different opinions and facts can be found, which makes it hard to gather cohesive information and have it blend well within the essay. However, though gathering the information is tedious, I can certainly say that finding more out about a phenomenon is extremely rewarding. When you find an awesome piece of information, it is exciting to get to write about it.

Trying to explain it in more than three or four sentences is what is hard. You start off with enough thought and then with some topics you can fizzle out pretty quick and run out of momentum. I feel like it is hard not to sound like you are just repeating yourself over and over about the same thing, kinda saying the same thing just a little different. Explaining the phenomenon is hard because it feels like using pictures would make it make more sense in the end. Also I feel like saying that people get tattoos because they want them is the way simple answer, and that is basically like saying "Because they do.", but there is more to explain than just that, there are plenty of components of why people get tattoos, and it is more than just because they want them. I feel like these essays are a little more work and you have to think about them a little bit more, but they will be super cool in the end.

If I had to choose the hardest part of explaining a phenomenon is finding good reputable sources that you can trust. The information has been hard to find, it is hard to try and sort through the information that I do find and see if it is of use yet not what I already have. Many of the sources have provided me the same information, this makes it hard to have plenty of facts to support the phenomenon. Another difficulty within the sources is distinguishing between opinions that people have added among the facts. Many of the opinions that have been in sources have proven useful for new ideas and topics throughout my essay. By sifting through the information the new ideas have given me ways to strengthen my essay.

Trying to discuss a phenomenon is a challenge in itself, let alone discussing what phenomenon you have already started to write about. There is an upside and a downside to having this prompt to work with and each can make writing this essay a new experience for most. I find this essay to be slightly difficult because of the research. Not that researching is hard, but instead that most of this research is not actually concrete. Most phenomenons do not have hard research behind them because then they would no longer be a phenomenon. So when looking for research most is instead a theory as to why it happens, or a reasonable explanation but not solid fact. This then brings on the problem of is the source you are writing from credible, or is any of it credible since their is little proof to back it up. Even experts are not experts in these fields as their is nothing solid to study and recall because it could change at any moment and there's numerous different beliefs. But with all of this comes the best thing about writing about a phenomenon: creative freedom. We now have all the power in our hands to explain why we think something the way it is. Their is no one to tell us what is right and what is wrong as their is no such answer to the question. We get to make decisions on what is included or excluded and what is credible and not credible. Finally the students have all the power to right about what they want, and also the answer to it as well.

There are many things you must take into consideration when trying to explain a phenomenon, and some of these things pose a greater challenge than others. In my essay, I am exploring why people find visual art beautiful and what is the purpose of this experience. The best part about explaining this phenomenon is being able to view it through a multitude of lenses: philosophical, psychological, and biological. This may also be one of the worst parts of trying to find causes, however. With so many different and conflicting views, it is at times difficult to compare them. Part of the essay therefore, is dedicated to supporting certain viewpoints, and refuting others based on available evidence. Another challenge to explaining a phenomenon is defining the language used to explain it. For example, how should beauty be defined? It is important to clearly define terms used to avoid confusion and misinterpretation of your words. It is also difficult because there are many vague words in our language that can mean many things, and different disciplines use words to describe different things as they relate to a specific field.

There are various reasons as to why proving a phenomenon exists is difficult. A tremendous amount of time needs to be spent researching your topic. You need to sort through many different types of books. Once you have found the book(s) that support your cause, it may be challenging to find the exact piece of work you want to put in your essay. You may find a piece that you think is good, but as you keep researching and reading, you find a better piece that fits in your essay and supports your claim better than the previous one. Far too often, we just accept phenomenons as a thing, and we never truly question why it is a thing. Why do most Americans want to get married? Why not just stay dating forever? Why does the government have to get involved in your personal relationship and love life? I look forward to learning more about my topic of interest and teaching others.

Explaining why something exists is easier if it is something that interests you. I believe the hardest part about explaining a phenomenon is when we do not totally understand it ourselves. If we do not fully grasp the concept ourselves, it makes it more difficult for us to try to explain it to someone else. Sometimes the person trying to explain the phenomenon, is not always able to communicate easily with the person we are trying to explain the topic to. We may know so much about a topic and we will not understand why the other person does not understand because it comes so easy to us. While knowing so much information about the topic we are interested in, it is hard to come up with reasons why something is the way it is in order to solidify your argument. The desire to know and learn is what one needs in order to find the answer to a phenomenon. A lot of research in required, but if one is apt to gain knowledge they will find interest in finding the answer.

Trying to come up with a phenomenon is like trying to come up for a reason why we breath. Obviously we breath to stay alive but how do we actually breath? The hardest part about coming up with why a phenomenon exists is to not come up with the easy answer, but find the deep, hard hitting facts on why something occurs or exists. Also, it is difficult to find exact research on the reasons something happens. I am doing why mass murderers commit the acts they do. Most of the research I find is about the acts they commit, but not why they exactly did it. The best part about explaining a phenomenon is that in order to explain it, you have to do research in order to know exactly why it occurs. I think that the research part of explaining why something happens is the best part about this essay. Seeing something beyond face value and being able to explain that is truly remarkable in my eyes.

I think that the most difficult task of trying to explain why a certain phenomena exists would be the effort to find tangible evidence that directly relates to what you are trying to prove. When most people are trying to explain why something is the way it is, it can be hard to phrase the research that was gathered in a way that solidifies the reasoning behind the occurrence. In order to clearly display the information behind a phenomena, the researcher themselves must have a clear understanding of why something happens; then, they are able to explain and prove why certain things happen. Also, when confronted by a skeptic, if one is not fully prepared for any question that could possibly be asked, the likelihood of the skeptic being convinced and fully believing the reasoning you have provided goes down dramatically. The research that must be completed by the researcher must be thorough and accurate in order to eliminate any doubt regarding the phenomena occurring and to establish themselves as an accurate source of information that a reader can trust.

The hardest part about explaining why a certain phenomena exists for me is understanding it enough to correctly and efficiently explain it to my readers. We have to research quite a bit in order to learn and discover and then turn around and explain it in our own words. This is a high level skill that we are learning. We are essentially teaching our readers what we have discovered. The best part about explaining a phenomena and why it exists is that it gives us an honest challenge. Not only are we learning about the facts behind a topic and using our research skills to learn things we never knew before, but we are also having to convey our information in an interesting way. If we do not do so, our readers will inevitably get bored and stop reading the paper. I have enjoyed looking into the depths of my topic, instead of the face value and am excited to learn more about it.

Explaining how things work or why things do what they do has never been an area of my personality that I would consider to be particularly strong. I find very few enjoyable aspects about explaining something. In an ideal world, everyone would understand everything in exactly the same way, and there would be no need to communicate the reasoning as to why something occurs. One plus one equals two; there’s nothing really to it, it just does. Due to my handicap in the art of explanation, I chose a topic especially close to my heart. Why does music exist? Trying to explain why it exists is prompting me to look into the actual science and theory of music, which in turn makes me a better musician. Not only am I building up my ability to explain something with more depth than just saying “because” and moving on, but I am also adding to my musicianship and my relationship with music.

The best part about why a phenomenon exists is that we get to digger a little deeper into the topic of our interest. I like that we get to find and have the knowledge of knowing of why something happens or why we do something. Now I do not have to question why it happens and I actually have a reason to find out why it happens. It pushes me to do something I would not normally do in my free time. Also, it could be useful in the future. For an example, my topic is why our mood changes. So after all my research is done I will know how to better control my mood swings or even why I did have mood swing. So if someone was to read my essay they would also be able to learn how why there mood changes. Now, we will not have to think oh my mood just changes every time I see that or do that, we now know the real reason.

Explaining a phenomenon can be difficult and confusing but from that you can learn many new and interesting things about why something happens. I think the hardest part about explaining a phenomenon is doing the research to support your statements. For most people research is not something that they look forward to doing, it can be tough, complicated, and require more time. However, doing research gives you new information about your topic and can make you sound more knowledgeable in your essay. I would say that the best part about explaining why a phenomenon is the way it is would be all of the new information you will learn about your topic. It is possible that you could be writing about something you think you know a lot about but by the end of your essay you could know twice as much information as you did when you began. Overall I believe explaining phenomenons is very beneficial because it can make you think in new ways and that is a good challenge.

Redford said...

The hardest part about fully explaining a topic is explaining everything about it fully. I know that sounds like a redundant statement, but when it comes to explaining phenomena in the world we take so many things for granted. The foundation of this essay rests on explaining every single detail about a topic, so it can be firmly understood. As the writer, I have to make sure I carefully think about what things I take for granted when I explain my reasons. For instance, I might not think twice about putting in my paper that having a larger poor population can correlate with increased crime, but it is important that I explain the possible reasons behind why income can affect crime or vice versa. There are a surprising amount of these details which might not seem like they need explanation or further thought, but it is through this further research and thought that the paper will develop itself into a coherent work with well founded research. Another example of this can be found in the book Guns, Germs and Steel which focuses on explaining why Europeans emerged on top instead of the Native Americans or any other people in the world. The book offers three core reasons summarized in the title, yet the book is 480 pages long. The book works head over heels trying to explain the why behind the why behind the why… etc. Despite its long length and thoughtful approach, the book is still criticized as being to general and taking things for granted. There are always more questions that can be asked which is just part of the reason why it is so difficult to explain a phenomena, but nonetheless, it is also extremely important because it is our best guess for rationalizing the world.

The best part of trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is that it challenges me to dig deeper into my initial thoughts about the subject and learn more about it along the way. I find doing research difficult but also extremely interesting because I am constantly learning more about the topic. In addition, educating other people about a phenomenon helps them realize reasons that they did not think existed. Although, the worst part of trying to explain why a phenomenon exists would have to be researching and finding credible sources. Many of the websites I stumbled upon had a lot of conflicting viewpoints, so it was difficult to decipher which were credible and backed by evidence and which were basing their information off opinion alone. Another tough task is being able to fully understand what you are researching to the point where you can educate other people about it. I want to be positive that my arguments and reasoning are logical, so I do not share unreliable information. Thus far, I have made great progress and am excited to learn even more about my topic.

The absolute best part of explaining why a phenomena exists is that you're giving your audience an explanation why something does indeed exist and the importance of what it stands for in people’s lives. By having that one question answered it leaves you feeling content with yourself that you helped inform people on the topic you chose to explain so that the audience can “connect the dots” as to why something exists. Then, the audience having understood this phenomena from your causal essay can inform others of what they learned and possibly expand further on the topic. However, the worst part of this process is creating relevance from the topic of a phenomena in some cases if it is more sophisticated than the average reader can comprehend. The writer would then have to work out of his/her way to create a comparison of the topic and some other object so the audience understands the writer’s perspective on the topic or point of view.

The worst part about trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is trying to wrap your mind around the phenomenon. It can be challenging to write about a topic that you are not fully educated in and some topics can be difficult to explain. If everything could be explained then there would be no reason to question these phenomenons. Which would lead to no point in writing about them. Another difficult aspect of explaining why a phenomenon exists is finding valid, factual information to back up your points and arguments. You can not simply state your opinion about your topic without backing up what you say, otherwise you lose credibility. Therefore, you have to spend time researching and finding good information that can support your statements, which can be difficult at times. The best part about trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is getting to write about an interesting topic and ideas that your readers may have never known or even thought about. While writing this essay, it helps me to think and learn more about exciting things, which makes the essay more entertaining to write and read.

Writing about a phenomenon can be simple and difficult at the same time. It can be easy if you actually understand the topic your composing. If you do not fully understand it, how are we supposed to enlighten and inform others? It can be difficult writing a phenomenon, considering everyone has different interests. Therefore, if someone is reading another's essay with a different interest, they can find it boring. I also find it interesting while writing a phenomenon, because you are able to give your thoughts and explain the topic you are interested in. Overall, I believe writing about a phenomenon is very interesting and useful because it can make you dig a little deeper into a topic of our interest.

The best part about figuring out why an occurrence or phenomenon exists is that it is a natural human instinct to know more and why things are the way they are. This trait is very easily observable in mathematics. When ancient greek Pythagoras was working out solutions to right triangles, his curiosity to find out why isosceles right triangle with sides of 1 unit had an hypotenuse that will always equal the square root of two. This discovery is the building block for a lot of more advanced mathematical theorems and they all go back to one discovery. The human instinct of curiosity is what made human civilization as advanced as it is today. Aside from math, discoveries in chemistry, phycology, chemistry, technology, and a wide range of other fields have had breakthroughs in discovery die to regular people having a thirst to know more and how things work. It's easy to look at a clock and read the time and not think any more of it, but it is far more advanced to look at a clock and wonder what are moving those hour and minute hands along just to keep time

I think that writing about a phenomenon can be both easy, and very difficult. It can be easy because it should be a topic that you are interested in, which means you are passionate about the subject and are intrigued to learn more about it. This can also make it difficult, it can be very hard to find the information that you are looking for while still staying on topic. I have noticed that it can be a challenge because you can sometimes find more information than needed, and when that happens it is easy to get confused and makes the phenomenon harder to understand. It is important to find logical points that will back up your ideas with the credible sources needed. It can be very interesting for you, and the reader, because both are getting a new understanding on a topic that may go unnoticed. Most of these essay topics are things that happen in our daily lives yet we never seem to wonder about them and how they work in our minds.

The best part of trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is satisfying your own curiosity. In order to explain a phenomenon, you have to understand it yourself. I love, that by explaining, you are feeding a part of your curiosity and wonder in the process. I also love that when explaining a phenomenon you get to share something that interests you with others and feed their curiosity as well. You get to inform others and inspire them to look further into other phenomenons that interest them. This process enlightens everyone involved, and I think that is absolutely amazing. It can be easy to mindlessly watch TV for hours or go on social media and learn nothing at all. Explaining a phenomenon reminds people why learning is sensational. It can also be difficult to explain a phenomenon. Although rewarding, it has exasparating parts. The worst part is trying to understand the phenomenon for yourself. Most of the time people say it exists "just because" for a reason. I have found it hard to find research I understand and can paraphrase while deciding on a topic. The temptation to say it exists "just because" is strong. Despite this struggle, all of the effort is worth is when you finally find your answers.

The best part about explaining a phenomenon is that you explain parts as you go. You will not know everything about a phenomenon without a lot a research. As you explain this phenomenon to others they can get a better understanding of what you are trying to explain. Phenomenons are sometimes impossible to explain right away. It takes time to figure out why a phenomenon exists, which makes you want to explore the possibilities more in depth. Phenomenons will always exist because there are so many unknown possibilities. Phenomenons could have many explanations, so multiple theories could be the right one. Phenomenons can be frustrating though because you and someone else may not agree on why the phenomenon exists. Without phenomenons the world would not be able to imagine why things happen the why they do. Phenomenons make the world less boring and allows you to bring out your creative side.

Writing about phenomenons is very hard to write about because not many people can tell you why it exists in the first place. Having to find facts about your topic can be hard if there isn’t a occupation that deals with something around your topic because if someone hasn’t had an idea of why it exists it might be hard to explain it yourself if you don’t fully understand it yourself. Researching is also the worst part because you have to sort through so much information and think about what would fit in your essay the best. The best part of writing a phenomenons is finding research that you didn’t even know. Finding facts that others did not know about is exciting because then students will be intrigued of that topic. You have to dig deeper into your reasoning which is awesome because you never know what interesting fact might intrigue you. For example, I am writing about why cancer exists in some people but not in others. The main reasons I gave were obesity, smoking, and inherited genes. Well, everyone knows that if one of your parents had cancer, your chances are increased of getting cancer. But, what they didn't know was that the defective gene basically started when you were conceived. The gene that gave you cancer was due to a mistake in the sperm or egg.

These phenomenons are hard to write about because it is hard explain why anything exist. They make you think hard about what you are trying to explain. It is also harder because when you try to research something about it, more things pop-up that do not help you write about your subject. It causes you to dig deeper into your research just to find what you are looking for. We never really give too much thought into why things are the way they are, but with this essay it forces us to go past the point of "just because". The good thing about this essay is that now you will ask why is this happening and you will force yourself to think. This allows your brain to expand and to learn more about life that you never thought you'd be asking yourself. Some of these phenomenons you might do, some of them might even be bad, so by making yourself look into these it might cause you to stop doing some of these phenomenons.

It is hard to write about why a phenomenon exists because it is so easy to say that it just exists. Another thing that makes writing about phenomenon exists is that it is extremely hard to find research. I had to even change my topic because I was unable to find any research on my original topic. However, it is good to do things that give you troubles. I am looking forward to learning from this essay and being a better researcher and writer, and hopefully having less troubles researching in the future. I am also looking forward to putting the next set of term tuesday terms into my essay, as well as getting more practice writing and identifying the various types of sentences.

I believe it is hard to explain a phenomenon because it is hard to back up your explanation. People do not know why existing things exist. People question why things exist but they do not know why. People have their own interests and all of their interests become a normality in their life and when they see other phenomenons that are not a normality it becomes very strange and hard for them to understand. People becomes so used to the phenomenons in their life that sometimes they do not even know it is existing. This makes it even harder for them to explain it. It becomes hard to explain because they are so accustomed to it. They need to fully understand it themselves before they can explain it to other people. Phenomenons can become a struggle to explain because we do not know the reasoning behind it all.

The best and worst parts about trying to explain why a phenomenon exists would be all of the research that goes in with trying to figure out yourself why a particular phenomenon exists. There is just so much information that exists about everything that it is hard to pull out what you need from an article that is not specifically geared toward what you're trying to explain. The best part about explaining a phenomenon is that you are learning about and becoming an expert on said phenomenon. I think that it is interesting that you are also learning information that is not relevant to your topic but you learn them indirectly because of the fact that you have to sift through that information to find what you need.

It is nice to be able to explain something from our own point of view, especially because our generation thinks differently than the one before us. As children, we often do not get the chance to voice what we believe to be true and are forced to take in the information of generations before us, so it is nice to have to open up our minds and think for ourselves for awhile. The bad part about it, however, is trying to stay neutral. I am writing my essay about the American Dream and why it has shifted its purpose, originally it was created as a tactic to gain more popularity and hopefully grow as a country, I believe the purpose has shifted. When explaining why, though, I must stay neutral and get my point across without actually arguing and persuading; this is difficult because we have been taught our whole lives that writing should be persuasive.

I found that it was very difficult to even find an interesting enough topic to begin with. With modern technology, many of the most interesting phenomena have already been "solved". Another challenge is just finding the words to explain what is happening. Most of the time our answers to things becomes "it just does", but there is so much more to it. Really analyzing and trying to find every possible reason why is time-consuming. However, it has been incredibly fun. I am quite fond of the curiosities of life so trying to pick out the pieces from research and form them into a coherent essay has been really interesting. I have learned so much from writing this essay, things I thought I already knew, as well. Although it is difficult, I have thoroughly enjoyed this essay. My topic, why do people listen to and create different types of music, is one that I have a passion for as I enjoy both music, psychology, and sociology as a study.

Explaining why a phenomenon exists can be fun yet challenging in many ways. Phenomenon is a fact that is observed to exist but supporting that fact or reasons why with factual evidence can be difficult. Not all phenomenons have substantial research done on them and finding the research that does exist can be challenging. Most phenomenons have plenty of conspiracies or justifications predominantly made up for them. Cutting down those ideas to just the fact based ones can bring a difficulty. I think the easiest part of explaining why a phenomenon exists is the curiosity. Throughout life I think everyone wonders from time to time why something goes the way it goes. If you are interested or curious about the phenomenon you are writing about it can make it so much easier to get excited about looking up pertaining information. Overall as long as you find a phenomenon that interests you it make challenging things like finding fact based research easier and more worth your time.

In my opinions, there are many different reasons that a phenomenon exists. These reasons can be as simple as the fact that it just does and as complex as knowing that someone has imagined something and had the ambition to make it a reality. A phenomenon is a confusing thing to most people and is often looked passed because people usually do not understand why it exists. Others are simply used to it and do not see anything weird about it at all. Through years of learning and developing, the human race has created rituals and normalities that some may see as a sort of phenomenon. Whether it being pondered or not, a phenomenon exists because the world is full of different ideas and some people have the push to explore these different unknown things. A phenomenon can seem like an extremely vast thing but if you dig deep enough, you can find out things that seem completely unreal.

Humans are curious people by nature, striving to explain the unknown. For centuries, people have been trying to explain why things are the way they are. Some things are easier to explain than others; all throughout time, people have been fascinated with the unknown and unexplained. One of the best parts, in my opinion, of explaining the cause of something is the thrill and fascination one receives when discovering something new. By nature, we are curious people and we strive to find answers. When causes are explained, the curiosity is satisfied for a short while, or until we find a new phenomenon to explain. Researching to explain the unexplainable can satisfy our human curiosity and need to discover. There is a certain thrill in acquiring new knowledge. Taking that knowledge and applying it to our inquiries brings even more satisfaction to our curious nature. Attempting to explain the cause of a phenomenon is exciting and thrilling because our human nature gets to run its course; we have the chance to discover new things about the world around us.

A fact or situation that is observed to exist or happen, especially one whose cause or explanation is in question. That is the exact definition of the word phenomenon. The definition itself touches on the difficulty of explaining a phenomenon. The cause or explanation is in question because there are so many variables to the situation. Without doubt or confusion, it would no longer be classified as a phenomenon. For example, the Bermuda Triangle has magically engulfed many planes and ships, but how do we know? Little to no evidence exists confirming the theory of the Bermuda Triangle. Lack of evidence plays a huge roll while trying to explain one of these phenomenon. On the other hand, that is what makes it easy to claim one of these anomalies. Because there is no evidence to disprove a certain theory, a smart individual say like Albert Einstein, could throw accusations in the air and the common people would believe him. Phenomenons will never cease to exist, when coming across one of these explanations, take it with a grain of salt.

Why do some people live longer than others? I chose this phenomenon because it is such an interesting topic. There are so many theories as to why some people live so long. Having so many things to talk about can be a good thing and can also be a bad thing. I struggle knowing where to start, what to say, and how to say it. I know the facts and I have done the research but the answer to my question is hard to explain. I have found that the easiest way to fix this problem is to just start writing and later I can go back and fix what is wrong. Writing about this topic is also hard because nobody truly knows. For example, Jeanne Calment lived to be 122. The reason why she lived so long makes no sense. She ate two pounds of chocolate per week, drank lots of wine, and smoked until she was 117. The reason why some people live so long may just be luck, but the other theories could help you live a long life too.

Explaining why a phenomenon or an event happens can be quite a challenge. Especially if you aren’t quite sure as to why it happens yourself. One of the hardest parts of trying to explain a phenomenon is putting into words that your audience is going to understand. Many times we have an idea in our head, but when we try to explain it to other people it doesn’t come out how we want it to sound. This will lead to your audience losing interest, which defeats the whole purpose of why you are writing. You need to convey your message, yet make it interesting to keep the audience in check. Another hard part of explaining why a phenomenon happens is the deep thought that it takes to try and come up with an explanation for why something happens. Often times we are tempted just to say, “This happens just because it does.” Rather than thinking deeply about it and finding a more complex reason as to why something happens.

Phenomenons have caused arguments for as long as people have been alive. People try to figure out why certain things happen and once they figure out someone else says the exact different. This cause disputes and theories, etc. Some people are fine with the explanation "it just does" but others have dove deep into in-depth questions, in search of answers that will silence their curiosities. It is hard to research phenomenons when so many sources have different opinions about the subject. You have to make the judgement of which ones are the most credible and realize that there will most likely always be two sides to a story. The fun part about writing about phenomenons is researching things that interest you and figuring out different aspects about it. The topic that I will be explaining is why optimism improves your health and increases your immunity. I found this topic interesting because I am a pretty optimistic person and also have a good immune system so I rarely get sick.

It can be quite a challenge to explain a phenomenon or event, partly because you may not know why it is caused yourself. There are many phenomenons that are hard to research because not many people have researched the topic before. If some people have, the amount of work on the topic can be small. In fact, I had to change my topic because I was having a tough time finding enough research to even write a few pages. Digging deeper into a phenomenon truly teaches you to be a better researcher because you must look in every type of source to find valid information that is beneficial to your essay. Phenomenons also give you a lot of room to speculate. Since there may not be a definite answer, it allows you to think creatively about a solution to why this phenomenon exists. You need to dig deeper to find an answer that fully satisfies the question, why does this happen.

I believe that understanding why a phenomenon exists is a very difficult task due to the way phenomenon are made. Because phenomenons exist differently in nearly every culture, no one can truly grasp why they are the way that they are. Phenomenons are not made on purpose, but are created out of a practice or cultural beliefs that someone holds. The way someone goes through their everyday life may bring up different situations causing them to react in different ways. These reactions create different scenarios, creating a different phenomenon. I think that the study of how a phenomenon works is very interesting because they are often times not set in stone. Phenomenon often time change as time proceeds, any action done can change why one exists. Without phenomenons the world would be a very stale place. The best part about studying phenomenons is the way it makes you think. When looking for the reason something happens, it makes you look deeper into the subject. As you look deeper into the subject it helps you get a better understanding for not only that subject, but also how the world works.

Ty Caron said...

One of the most difficult parts of explaining why a phenomenon exists rather than just saying “Because…it just does” is retraining yourself to think past that simple explanation, and to seek deeper thought to better answer the question with. You cannot begin to explain the why of a phenomenon until you believe in that explanation yourself. This can be a difficult transition to make, but once you have successfully completed it, all the difference is made. Explanations are much easier to make when you believe in deeper thinking and uncovering the why, rather than the easy-to-dismiss attitude you may have previously exhibited. By changing the way you think you can also believe in your explanations and arguments more genuinely, and this can help to sway your audience in your favor, as well as possibly helping them to change the way they themselves think about nuanced things, like phenomenons without clear explanations.

In my essay I’m trying to explain why certain people are faster than others and more specifically looking at sprinters. My biggest problem with trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is trying to make all the facts connect right and trying to make the whole essay sound interesting rather than super informational. It is also hard when it's new information for us and then trying to comprehend it and make someone else comprehend it is difficult. The best part of it is that it’s super interesting. We did a similar assignment in Psychology and it’s interesting to discover more about a question you may have been wondering yourself. This essay prompt is nice because it requires us to research and use MLA formatting which will help us in the future.

The hardest part about explaining a phenomenon is not using opinion. The point is explaining why and using opinion does not get why accross to the reader. The best part of finding the why of a phenomenon is understanding it for yourself. By researching your topic, you are understanding that specific phenomenon and what everyone else has researched is readily at your availability. Also it uses your curiosity to find an explanation. Without curiosity you do not have a topic. I went through multiple topics before I found one that I was curious enough. The worst part is trying to find the right words to explain it. Without just flat out saying “just because” it is hard to get a point across. I am having a hard time finding the right thing to say to explain not only my research but also the thought and experiences I’ve had. Hopefully using all my experiences and thoughts along with what i’ve read and researched the real reason will come out.

The worst part about explaining why a phenomenon exists is the lack of knowledge people have about certain phenomenons. I truly don’t think it’s possible to fully understand a phenomenon unless a person researches about it themselves. People also might not understand why you have a passion to research a certain phenomenon, which isn’t a fun part about trying to explain why it exists. Lastly, research can sometimes not be a fun part of explaining why a phenomenon exists. Although there are bad and not so fun parts when trying to explain a phenomenon, there are good parts to it, too. The best part of trying to explain a phenomenon is that you get to learn deeper yourself. The next time somebody asks why a certain phenomenon exists, you now can tell them an educated answer. Picking a phenomenon that you show interest in is important to researching a phenomenon, as well. With more passion, comes more research; with more research, comes a better essay. That is one of the best parts about trying to explain a phenomenon, especially within the realm of this essay.

I think the worst or hardest part about trying to explain a phenomenon is having actual, factual, reasons to back it up. We can make assumptions that may or may not be right, but that does not accurately back up the explanation. To really describe a phenomenon you need to have real, creditable, research. It is not something that you can explain in your own words or with what you believe is the explanation. For my essay, I chose to explain the phenomenon of teenagers that are obsessed with their phones and how the world is base on technology. How would someone explain why teenagers are obsessed with their phones? Simply because they are, everyone knows that. Its just our generation and what we were born into. But that explanation is not accurate, and those are not factual reasons. The real factual reasons would be that we were born right when technology was starting to sky rocket. As we have grown older, technology has grown and developed right along with us. We have adapted to every upgrade and made ourselves custom to the technology. As we grow, our technology grows with us. So much that technology is a huge part of us, we are the first technology generation. And the generation that comes after us will be even MORE accustom with technology that has become common with them as they grew older.

When it comes to explaining a phenomenon many challenges can come your way. If you truly do not fully understand why that phenomenon is the way it is yourself, it will make it even more complicated to explain it to someone else. But say you do know what you are talking about, its hard to find the right facts to back up your statement with. It is difficult to put your thoughts and emotions towards the subject into words. It will also be difficult because the view you have on something may be completely different than someone else's views. If they find that their view is different they might find your essay boring and may not want to read it. The easy thing about writing about phenomenons is that you will discover things that could answer so many of your questions. You will finally understand why things are the way they are. Writing phenomenon's are both easy and difficult, but it is something worth taking time for.

One reason I find it hard to explain a phenomena is that some phenomena are not based off of concrete evidence. Some phenomena are not based off of concrete evidence like numbers or an exact reason, but the answer is always based off of human behavior, and that can sometimes be hard to identify. In my case I'm using examples from hip hop music and will talk a lot about history of hip hop, which can be uninteresting to those who do not care for the genre. Also having to explain some influences and history of hip hop can get long winded when one is not interested or already familiar with the history. A good thing about writing about this phenomena is for those who are willing to be educated about hip hop. I am hoping with this essay as well as my other essays to write about an art form I am very passionate about in hopes to educate people and remove the negative stigma revolving around hip hop and hip hop culture.

Explaining different phenomenons can be very difficult. Some benefits that attempting to explain these such questions are that you get to explore your curiosity and try to relate things to one another in order to solve a particular problem. This is good because it result in an education in a particular subject. Also, knowing the answer to an open ended question can be a great conversation starter because, in most cases, the answers to these questions can be quite interesting. What makes answering these questions tough is that fact that you may not know all the information to begin with. This may result in a pause in a conversation while the resource of google is used to acquire some of this knowledge in order to allow you to make your own conclusion. Writing an essay on one of these types of open ended questions can sometimes be simple because of the huge amount different possible answers and theories and how they are formulated. Questions that have obvious answers are boring.

I find that the hardest part about explaining why a phenomenon exists IS because we would usually just answer the question with “because it just does” without anymore explanation, especially when it is a deep question that requires a lot of looking into. Usually a phenomenon has one cause that you can think of first and all the others can be tough to come up with. It can also be hard to explain why a phenomenon exists if you can’t find research on why you originally thought the main causes were. I ended up changing what I was writing about because it truly was just too hard to think of causes and explain why. Now I am able to find more information and go into deeper detail in explaining why my phenomenon exists. I am looking forward to reading other classmates’ essays to learn more about their explanations to why their phenomenon exists because I find it really intriguing.

Phenomenons are observed to exist the question of why these occurs bring the mystery. The question that anything has to have it be caused or why it exist is difficult to prove. The phenomenon I have chosen to focus on is depression. Many studies have been conducted on relating to depressions, but the basis of the brain functions is a tough topic to wrap one’s mind around. I had trouble grasping what is known about the brain. Much of the studies have to do with theories, however studied deeply. Researching the causes of depression and mental illnesses, have brought up more curiosity as my search for information continues. It is hard to find lab information delegated to mental illnesses and depression. Multiple google scholars cites, that I have found, require a login or payment. Information connecting to these mental illnesses and depression need time to conclude information which has been acquired recently.

There are many parts to explaining why something exists. I believe, first of all, that it is extremely beneficial to have to explain something, especially something you were wondering about yourself, in this essay. Doing so requires you to really learn and understand the topic for yourself. The research, while strenuous, helps the researcher to learn new information that they might have never thought of, or realized. Once you understand the subject well enough, and you have done enough research, it is then your job to transfer that knowledge into a concise essay that accurately puts together the pieces in the readers head that forms a picture to the answer for why something may be the way it is. I think another great part about writing this essay is that we can pick out and find the causes to things people either may have always wondered, or have never even thought about even if it is apart of their daily lives. I like that we get to be our own private investigator to find the underlying answer to the question: Why? A part that is difficult about this, however, is that taking all the information you learned from several different resources and trying to combine them into something that will be somewhat brief and easily understood by anyone who comes in with little to no prior knowledge of the topic. I also believe that that is also what good writing and composing is and that if you can do it well, then you are not only a great writer, but also a great communicator and teacher.

I think the best part of trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is if you learn more about it along the way. If you are already familiar and like the phenomenon you are trying to explain, you could discover new ways to talk about it. It can be fascinating to discover new causes and look into different perspectives when explaining. It can be easier to explain a phenomenon when you have good evidence to back it up. When you have definitive proof it automatically becomes easier to understand and explain. I am discussing how national parks are in danger. I like my topic because there is evidence of different things like climate change and park funding. Climate change is caused by much of what humans have built and are choosing to do. Pollution from cars and factories has created various air quality problems. Park funding is another incredibly important change happening to the parks. More people are spending their time indoors, and less time exploring the great outdoors. Therefore, the parks are losing money and staff is running low.

I believe that the worst part of trying to explain a phenomenon is finding concrete, tangible evidence to explain the phenomenon instead of simply saying “Because, it just does.” Research a topic can be incredibly tiring, but it will create a better, thought out essay. I am explaining why we have accents, and to do so I need to talk about linguistics, the scientific study of language. Some may find this incredibly boring especially when explaining the history of linguistics and Panini. One of the least favorable parts, and difficult parts, of the causal essay is trying to present research in an interesting way without plagiarizing. I think the best part of writing this essay is having the ability to become enlightened about a topic that could easily be dismissed as the way the world works. This essay allows us to become enlightened while educating others, this is someone we should have the opportunity to do more often, especially in a academic setting.

One of the interesting parts about trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is it shows you just how much you actually know of said phenomenon. It can be interesting to test your knowledge of a certain subject and can be entertaining trying to convey that knowledge you have onto other people. Knowing a lot about a phenomenon usually means you are either passionate about that subject or are curious enough about it to pursue the answers. Being passionate about something makes explaining to people something you actually enjoy because you are talking about something you love. On the opposite side of that being passionate about a phenomenon can make it difficult to explain it to people because we might be so passionate about it we start to warp why that phenomenon exists. Instead of the actual reality of why something exists we might accidently use our imagination to shift and warp something so it better fits under our understanding and the problem with this is that when we then try and explain it to other people we find ourselves unable to because we are trying to explain our own imagination to them. It’s difficult because as we start to explain things out loud we might realize that it doesn’t really make sense outside of our head and we can confuse ourselves.

To me the hardest part about trying to explain a phenomenon is the fact that a lot of the time we do not understand them fully ourselves. Another troubling fact about them is that there are a plethora of them. When really thinking about it you can probably think of five questions yourself. Another hard part is that is just so easy to say "because" but there is reasoning behind every phenomenon, some are simple to understand like my first idea. It was why do prodigies exist? However, the honest answer is because their born talented. And yet some are more complex like my idea I have now which is, Why can some people gamble and be fine while others have an addiction? Also, the research, while stressful, helps the researcher to learn new information that they might have never thought of, or thought they knew. Once you understand the subject well enough, and you have done enough research, it is then your job to help others understand your interesting phenomenon. Most things about them are confusing at times , but also very alluring and I hope to have a better understanding on why some people can gamble and for others you can not let them set one foot in a casino.

Explaining why a phenomenon exists is a challenging yet highly rewarding task to undertake. Often, we look at the world around us and consider its existance as fundamental, much like a law of physics—it simply just exists. However, each phenomenon that occurs has an explanation as to why it exists. The challenge comes when we must logically prove an occurrence with solid reasoning and factual information. Each phenomenon is unique and not all are clear-cut; some may have multiple "whys" that overlap to varying extents. This may cause explaining to become rather challenging. Despite the difficulty, being able to take a mundane phenomenon and thoroughly explaining exactly why it occurs is something to be proud of. It may open the eyes of others to appreciate these small occurrences, and it may also allow you to better understand the surrounding world. So, although it may be a considerable challenge, successfully describing "why" is worth the difficulty it presents.

The hardest part of explaining why something happens or things are what they are is just thinking past a simple explanation. Why does the sun rise in the east? Well it just does. But why is that? Well the earth rotates. Why does that happen. The other hardest part is limiting yourself and not explaining to much. You can have the best explanation in the world and if it’s 3 hours long and boring no one will listen to you. You’ve got to make it interesting and exciting. However the best part is when you think of new things while you’re explaining something. Like you knew something you didn’t even realize you knew. The way your brain can take the smallest bit of information on a topic and use it and reason and figure things out is absolutely astounding. The power of our brains is immense and realizing it makes it that much more special.

Explaining a phenomenon can be simple if you make the choice to choose something really black and white. However, there are many cases when so many factors play a part in creating phenomenons. The worst part about trying to explain something at length is something you may view as important could be insignificant to others. It causes great difficulty when there is much clutter on the internet—where most millennials grew up getting their information from. The most challenging part for me would be putting into words something I don’t understand or agree with. The best part, on the flipside, would be gaining perspective, learning about these mysterious minds, and getting a background on a topic I want to study after my high school career is over. Not only do I get to learn about dangerous signs to look for in a person but I also get to relay the information to anyone who chooses to take in my essay for what it is and learn something new about people who may be surrounding them everyday. In the end, putting forth the work to find the credible information is worth it.

The most difficult part of explaining the existence of a phenomenon is needing to have proof to back up your argument. In order to explain anything in depth to someone so they understand it clearly, first you must understand the topic to the fullest extent possible. Finding information that is creditable can be difficult, especially when writing about a phenomenon that does not have a universally agreed upon answer. You must obtain even more information than what you would ever need to pass on to another person. Some phenomenons, such as religions, can never be completely understood. Even when you know enough information to compose a complete and coherent essay, you can still research more, finding more perspectives and theories on the phenomenon. This will be a challenge of course, however, if you are passionate about the topic and genuinely want to learn more about it, studying these kinds of subjects can actually be an enjoyable endeavor.

Many people know what anesthesia is but have not experienced it for themselves. This is why this essay might not be understandable to my classmates when they read my essay because of the lack of experience they have with it. I think it is hard to write about something that not everyone knows what is it or does to the body. I think it should be helpful to tell others what anesthesia does and the benefits of it because that is why this drug is used. It is used because it controls pain. I know that not everyone likes pain and that is why it should be easy to have an audience that agrees with my statements. I think finding research about the drug anesthesia should be easy because it is such a known topic. I think the history about this topic will be very interesting to not just me but my classmates. This essay will have its difficulties, but it will be very interesting because i want to be a nurse anesthetist when i am older.

People are naturally very curious. We want to know how things function and why things have a purpose. There is an inherent fear of what we do not know. Explaining phenomena are a particularly difficult thing to do. People are just use to certain ways that things are and it can be complicating explaining something that has just been a certain way for some time. One of the biggest inexplainable phenomena is why are we here? What is our role and purpose? Why do we exist? There are certain ways to explain these phenomena by referring to religious constructs or science reports detailing the creation of the universe with "God" particles and the expansion of life. Phenomena can not be explained in one way. Explaining a phenomenon can be exclusive to the way that one views it. Some phenomena can also be explained easier due to it's frequent presence in our lives like why we go to school, to acquire knowledge and education.

A phenomenon exists because people are curious and always wanting to know more. The best parts of trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is explaining the simple purpose and how it works. The worst part of trying to explain a phenomenon is finding evidence and proof that it has a purpose. Information is difficult to find about a phenomenon because it just exists and never thought of the purpose of why. Explaining a phenomenon can be simple is the choice made is something very easy to explain and has a lot of evidence to support why it exists. The exciting part about researching a phenomenon and why it exists is to gain information on an interest and look at things with more curiosity. Being passionate about a subject will create more a more interesting essay. My phenomenon is why are there people who enjoy running while others hate running.

One of the best parts about trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is that you have to really research the topic in order to understand it yourself. Phenomenons are not just caused by one factor, rather a complex web of factors that intertwine and work together to cause the phenomenon. While trying to figure out why a phenomenon exists, you learn so much information that you would have been oblivious to otherwise. One of the worst parts about explaining a phenomenon is that there is so much still unknown. Some theories are untestable so it is hard to determine what the causes are. The reason phenomenons are hard to explain and understand are because they are phenomenons. They are extraordinary circumstances without a single direct cause. The phenomenon I am researching and writing about is poverty. Poverty has always been prevalent and will likely never go away. The people who remain in poverty may change, but poverty itself has always been present. I find it interesting to research the root causes of poverty because in doing so, I have found information and statistics that I might not have ever come across. Seeing people's different theories about why poverty exists is very interesting, and it has opened my eyes to the world around me.

Trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is a good thing for people to do. Lots of people will just say “because it does” or “it is what it is”, but if you actually dig into it, tons of new insightful information can be found. Digging around on the internet for information on the phenomenon also helps us learn how to use our computers better. It allows us to become more efficient on the laptops, this will help us to get our work done faster. Also, having to search all the information helps us to realize the difference between different websites. We will learn how to distinguish the difference between a reliable website with high quality information or a website that has no real information at all. But the task of trying to explain it can come with a bad part as well. The bad part is that there is a possibility that no information on the topic and you will get frustrated.

The best thing about explaining a phenomenon is because you know that it exists definitively and without a doubt. This is a very good thing because many people are skeptical and are inclined to not believe other people. Therefore, being able to explain your reasoning to them and tell that that there is definitely a phenomenon there and leave them no reason to not believe you. This opens up a whole realm of facts that can be proven which gives us statistics, theories, and ideas based on the results of what we have learned about a specific phenomenon. But at the same time, there is also a downside to explaining phenomenons because we can't always explain why something is the way it is. It is a part of life that there are things we will never know or understand so it is impossible to convince skeptical people on the subject despite you knowing for sure that there is a phenomenon there. Another downside to explaining phenomenons is that some people believe so firmly in the other side of the argument that they are completely unwilling to even accept your findings. This is very evident, especially in todays culture, in politics, religion, science, philosophy, and learning on all sides of the realm. My phenomenon is why people turn to criminality and rebel against the system. While there are certain likelihoods about why people are criminals such as growing up in unstable environments, bad friend groups, and being desperate for either drugs or money. There are other things in the subject that we may never understand such as serial killers and why they have it in their minds to kill people. It is something that we cannot truly explain and likely never definitively will but the best we can do is keep on trying.

There are many things about explaining a phenomenon that are difficult. I believe the hardest part about writing about a phenomenon is trying to completely understand it myself. It is hard to write about something that you do not completely understand and then try to put it into words for the reader or audience to understand. Another thing that is difficult and takes a lot of time is the research required to fully understand the topic. Another part that is difficult is making sure the whole essay is interesting for the reader and audience. Also finding proven evidence for the things you are writing about. For example in my essay I am writing about the different reasons siblings argue and I am struggling finding actual facts for why siblings argue. Other than that I enjoy writing this essay for the most part. I think it is kind of fun to learn why different types of phenomenons happen.

A phenomenon exists because it makes us ponder into our own minds. We wonder if it is actually true or not which is good for our brains. Sometimes phenomenons turn out to be true and sometimes they are false. Not all phenomenons can be backed up with evidence. One great example would be ghosts. Some people believe in them and some do not because there is no hard evidence proving that they are real. Finding solid evidence to solidify these things is hard. That is part that intrigues the mind and makes them think. If the phenomenon is something that intrigues you then it only makes it better. Trying to find out stuff on something you enjoy is fun. I find promoting health to be interesting and that is why I am writing about the effects of tobacco products and why people use them regularly. These products harm the users yet they still use them because they get addicted to them. It fascinates me how people can do this to themselves so blatantly.

Writing about a phenomenon becomes much easier when you have genuine interest in the subject. If you are trying to explain something you don’t find important or interesting, then you will generally not put as much effort into your explanation as you would if you did enjoy the topic. You will also have more drive to research a topic if you actually want to find and understand the answer. However, it can be very difficult sometimes to find information on the topic that you are looking for. Sometimes you have to sift through dozens and dozens of articles just to find one that talks about something you need. Then you must repeat the process to look for something else. This can be very tedious and tiresome after awhile, but it is a good way to insure that you have good information from a variety of sources. It can also be very rewarding when you use all of your hard work to come up with a paper that perfectly answers the question you started with.

Trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is very difficult. Explaining is difficult because there is a large amount of superfluous information when you are trying to obtain data on a vague subject such as sleep, which is my topic, there is a lot of explanation of what happens if you do not get enough sleep, which can be used to reverse engineer the reason for why we sleep but there are so many different side effects that it is difficult to isolate one singular reason that shadows the rest. It is also difficult to “translate” the research papers into a more common english that can be readily understood by the vast majority of readers. It is nice to be able to use data, what little that is applicable to the topic, to strongly supports your claims and show logos throughout your essay which inclines readers to convert or even support your working hypothesis.

Explaining a phenomenon we simply assume to be true is difficult. The worst part about it is trying to find reasoning that proves why it happens without resorting to saying, "just because". You are forced to dig far deeper than you think to find the evidence to back it up. You learn much more about the topic than you thought possible, and in the end, it turns out to be quite a beneficial learning experience. You have no choice but to delve as deep as you can into the subject to find the facts you need. In the case of my topic, which deals with why humans naturally like music, it is unbelievably difficult to find a third point to support the phenomenon. The process of discovering the scientific evidence behind our propensity to like music is fascinating and fun. This learning is the best part of the researching procedure, in my opinion. It really sucks to start the search, though, especially because of the assumptive mindset we already have.

Explaining a phenomenon can be very difficult but also quite fun. The worst part about trying to explain one is coming up with enough valid reasons to justify why that particular phenomenon exists. Today's society no longer accepts the explanation of "it just exists, it just does." Many phenomenons don't have a lot of data to back them up or they contain large amounts of unnecessary information on a subject that is simply too broad or vague. My topic of why do people take pictures is a very broad question with multiple different answers. If I were to ask why do you take pictures, many answers I expect to get back in return is simply, "why not take pictures." Digging farther down into why a phenomenon exists can be quite fun though. You never now how far down you have to dig to find evidence but once you find it, the information you have dug up is quite cool. And sharing that information and seeing how wide someone's eyes get is always fun too.

There are many different phenomenons that if someone is asked why it happens, they often will just say 'because it does'. The worst part about trying to explain why one of these phenomenons exist is finding good resources. There are a lot of websites out there that will kind of give a vague explanation as to why something happens, but it is hard to find actual experiments or studies based on the phenomenon that explains it in depth. To be able to learn enough about a phenomenon an individual has to do a lot of research and look at many studies and compare and contrast them. They have to find out what is good, reliable information, and what is not. Surprisingly enough, once you get wrapped up in the topic and the research it becomes really fun. The best part about trying to explain a phenomenon is when you finally find that one bit of information that you were looking for. It is a lot like getting that last piece to the puzzle and then you can finally see the product as a whole, and you have a great understanding of why is happens and what causes it and what stops it and I think that that is really cool.

I think the best part about trying to explain why a phenomenon exists is the naturalistic study that can go along with it. It's so fun to just rip apart a topic to its bones and figure out why it is the way it is. It's a fun and constructive way to think. We become so used to our daily life that we hardly stop and think "why?". We forget that things happen for a reason; everything has a cause. A lot of the time, we're too busy to stop and think. The hardest part, however, is finding the hard evidence. Anyone can give a naturalistic observation of something, but it usually isn't right. Finding real experiments regarding certain topics can be very difficult. Sometimes the most interesting topics are so obscure that nobody has ever tried to figure it out. Regardless, it isn't an easy task to break down phenomena in one sitting. So much creative thinking is needed to really understand an idea inside-out.

The worst part, or hardest part, about explaining why a phenomenon exists is because we all see issues in a different way, so you are writing this essay knowing that the way you see something is not necessary a universal experience. This makes it very difficult to defend your position, because you are defending only the way you see something. Also, most phenomenons are not fully understood by ourselves, which also makes it difficult to explain why something exists. The best part about explaining why something exists is that you can ponder why something exists, and there can be many ways that a phenomenon can be explained. It is also interesting because when you ponder why something is happening, you are also learning more about your topic. You are researching and trying to discover, which gives an even wider scope of the problem, and therefore gives you more to think about.

What makes a person so approachable? Well, there is a lot of factors and I have noticed a lot of different ways one can me be more approachable. It really only matters to the peers that you care most about. But, let's say you were trying to make new friends or just fit in a little better, then my essay is the perfect explanation on how to be more approachable. So many different factors break down in this topic, what a person wears, who the person spends time with, and what that person does in their free time. A lot of people think it is okay to gain popularity through social media but in reality, social media is such a waste of time. Talk person to person, bond with someone, in an approachable manner though. Know how to act around certain people just by making simple observations, you can do this just by simply making eye contact. Be open with new people you meet because it will work out in the long run because people need people. That's just how it goes, you can not go your whole just thinking how you hate everyone so you are just going to keep everything to yourself it doesn't work like that.

I think that its hard to explain why something exists because its hard not to find yourself down some rabbit hole of explaining a small piece of the puzzle. Not knowing what your audience may or may not know makes it difficult to decide what you are going to explain more in detail and what you are going to assume they have some preexisting knowledge of. I find myself droning on about something I find interesting but it may not add as much to my paper as I would like it to. What I do like about explaining a phenomenon is reading articles about other peoples opinions on the matter and piecing it together for yourself. In my case my topic was fairly controversial among the general public so I enjoyed reading the differing opinions from myself and the ones that agreed with me and forming my opinion in the grey area.

In the dictionary, the definition of a phenomenon is: "A fact or situation that is observed to exist or happen, especially one whose cause or explanation is in question". So explaining why a phenomenon exists is a large task to put on someone; finding an explanation can have its ups and downs. One of the best parts about trying to explain it is that you get to delve deep within the human mind and try to figure out why they think this/why do they do this. It's interesting, to say the least, to see how different people think about different things like why do they commit crimes or why do some people put pineapple on pizza. However, this objective does have its downsides; for example, when asked why do people commit crimes, you are usually given a wide range of answers. By definition, the reasoning to a phenomenon is usually questionable and there is no resolute answer. Going back to the question of why do people commit crimes, a group of people will tell you that people commit crimes for the money while another group might say that it's because violent video games are corrupting the minds of children and making have these thoughts of crime and murder. When trying to explain a phenomenon, it's not your job to give the correct answer but an answer that could lead to it; it's like a stereotype, it is a great probability that someone might act like this but it doesn't define everyone within that group.
